Went to check out pre-owned RVs. The sales rep did not even have the courtesy to show us anything. Pointed us towards the lot and asked us to check them as he made his way back to his cubicle. And the RVs were all locked.
Horrible horrible experience. Definitely missed out on a sale

Took my new RV here for service (installation of slide toppers and inspecting an outrigger). The quality of the work that was done looks good. My concern is that timelines could have been much more clear (e.g., we were told that the install would be taken care of a full week before it was, and we were not kept updated about changes in timeline without proactively inquiring). I recommend this place based on the quality of the work and would go here again, but with the caveat that if you are in any sort of time crunch, be VERY sure that you get on the same page as the service department about timelines in advance.

After our 5th Wheel was damaged by a neighbor's tree, we decided it's time to downsize, watching YouTube videos about Travel Trailers. The 2025 Keystone Cougar 22MLSWE came highly recommended, and we found one at Tacoma RV. Made an appointment to see it, and from the beginning we were impressed with everyone's professional attitude and handling of our concerns. They even had a welcome sign a the trailer with our names on it. Nobody was pushy or tried to "trash" other dealerships/different brands (as we had experienced at other locations which is a real turn-off for us).
Both sales reps we dealt with, Zack and Jason, were very knowledgable, pointing out positives and negatives to consider when coming from a large 5th Wheel. And patiently answered our many questions, going out of their way to get answers for us.
We also liked TRV's business model of having salaried sales staff, and all financials are handled by a Sales Manager. We were impressed with their efficient and comprehensive sales strategy. Jay was clear and honest about trade-in versus retail value of our 5th Wheel. Even their administrative staff in charge of follow up, Katie, was delightful, eloquent, and highly professional. We've had our share of experience with automotive purchases, and for the first time we felt that we could actually trust a dealership.
As it turned out - insurance declared our 5th Wheel a total loss, and for many ensuing reasons we decided to give up RV camping altogether, but otherwise would have bought that Cougar! Jay and his staff took the news graciously, finding kind and understanding words to help us feel better about our decision. Just based on this pleasant experience with Tacoma RV, I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for any type of RV purchase!

Couldn't get the parts I needed for the class A at Camping World and they actually sent me down the road to Tacoma RV. Shane was so helpful and put in the extra effort to research, locate and order the non-standard part. Each time I have dropped in, every member of the team there has been so friendly and seem genuinely happy to have my business. If you need anything for your recreational vehicle go see the folks at Tacoma RV. In fact, if you are in the market for an RV, go check out the beauties they've got onsite and I'm certain they will treat you like an old friend. I have high expectations and I'm left often disappointed when I'm dealing with folks in customer service, after all these are the ones who give the first and last impression of the businesses they represent. When I am treated exceptionally well and so effortlessly it indeed appears genuine then I simply must tout the praises so well deserved. Tacoma RV and Shane in particular, deserve those praises. Check them out for yourselves!

I think they have a good selection of RV s here. The salesman is very kind and more important not pushy. No one likes pushy sales ppl. They were busy when we arrived to look at rvs and at first no one helped us so we looked around on our own for a little while. Then a very kind gentleman found us and showed us several different models. This will be our first RV. We are very excited

Warning to anyone living in your RV needing service!
We set up an appointment to have our furnace blower evaluated for the bearing was going out under warranty.
We set the appointment on June 14th. We told the service advisor we live in the 5th wheel and we had reserved a site near the the dealership. The service advisor told us that July was wide open. We selected July 8th. We arrived today and was met by Nick Antabuse, service advisor. He told us the earliest they could look at the issue was Wednesday and we would need to leave our 5th wheel. We told him of the conversation we had with the advisor at the time of the booking. He told us they never do repairs or diagnose issues the day the rv is brought in. We asked him why no one told us this. He went on to tell us that its standard to wait until the service customer arrives for service to let them know. We told him Alliancerv was aware of the issue and we sent them videos of the motor making the noise. This should have taken a mechanic 20 to 30 minutes to diagnose and we could come back and leave the 5th wheel for the repair. Nope, they never look at rvs the same day he told us.
To put this mildly we where very upset and shocked. We were not prepared to leave our home with them, so we decided not to leave our 5th wheel with them, but couldn't leave right away for we were parked in by one of their transporters and he had gone to lunch.
This seems extremely unprofessional and uncaring to wait to spring news like this on customers hoping to get service and the service was scheduled more that 3 weeks prior.

Purchased our 2022 Cougar Half-ton rv from Tacoma RV in August, 2022. Have actually only had 3 opportunities to camp, but find their customer service typical of big business. Get your money and forget who the heck you are. The wall of our shower compartment has come unattached to the inner wall- not covered by the Endless Protection; toilet isn’t secured adequately to the floor-not covered by the Endless Protection; the shower nozzle falls off when you stop the water flow-not covered by the Endless Protection; Shower door handle fell off-not covered by Endless Protection; sensor in black water tank stuck-not covered. Get my drift? This is the most poorly built rv we have ever owned. Cheaply built. I’d gladly take back my 2002 Prowler. All we get is a sorry, can’t help you. PATHETIC! Will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Horrible, these people are lying snakes I the grass. They hit our brand new RV then proceed to lie and lie to cover it up! Fresh paint!?! Seriously you didn't think I'd smell it!? You hit my RV!! WORST COMPANY EVER!

The staff has been great and has gone above and beyond to not come across as the "hard sell" we've gotten elsewhere. So far, everything they've told us has proven true, which has not been our experience elsewhere either. Now to the good stuff: As mentioned, we were allowed to walk through at our own pace without someone breathing down our necks. We were able to look into things we wanted to know about instead of being told what we should look at, and spent ample time investigating the trailers we were looking at. The staff was available if we had questions, but stayed in the background otherwise. It was refreshing. Once we got down to the nitty gritty, we still felt no pressure. To complete our sale, we required a fit-test as our parking location is narrow. We're about 90 minutes away and yet they agreed readily. Additionally, our parking situation makes it impossible to use the bridge-type stairs. TRC investigated other options for us. Once the fit-test was successful, we finalized the sale quickly, without pressure and TRC worked with Torklift (at no cost to us) to retrofit our new trailer with stairs that fit our needs. There is so much more that I can go on about, but suffice to say, when we need to purchase a new trailer in the future, we will look at TRC first!
