Worst service I have ever had. Told them my oil light continues to come on with 1,000-2,000 miles left before an oil change. They told me it was an oil leak that was causing the issue and the repair would be $5,000+ to fix. Debated on doing it or not but finally decided to do it bc there isn't a ton of miles on the car. After getting it done the oil light came on again before the next oil change. I took it back in and then was told "it is normal to have to add up to a quart of oil between oil changes" This is information that was not told to me before this maintenance nor was I told that fixing the leak may or may not fix my problem. The communication was horrible. They took up to 4 days to respond to me. Never answered my questions. They then recommended an oil consumption test. I asked if it came back and that was the issue what would it cost. They then told me $8,000-$9,000. On top of all this I had my regular mechanic check for a leak months before I took it into Subaru because I was having this issue for a while and they found no leak. I am starting to believe there was never a leak. On top of all that they refused to refund me or comp anything for any other tests/oil change. I gave them $5,000 to fix a problem and they didn't fix it then told me well that's normal. I've owned 3 Subarus in my life. This will be the last one I own.

My 2017 Outback had an intermittent navigation head issue. It was particularly difficult to troubleshoot. Now I am very particular about maintaining my vehicle but the service advisors, the technician and the service dept manger all made every effort to listen to my issue and find a resolution to my satisfaction, always keeping me updated . I can highly recommend Tacoma Subaru for any Subaru service or maintenance needs.

My spouse wanted to buy a new car that better fit our needs and we had a wide range of cars in mind. Isaiah was extremely helpful in helping us narrow down options and put my husband in his dream car. The whole team was very helpful and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted (weather proof mats, a new key fob, and lower price). Isaiah was very friendly and the whole experience felt like they were working with us and not just working towards a sale, very professional!

Went and got a vehicle from these guys in August I believe. I was told"this is a great vehicle" knowing I wanted to get something family friendly with a wife in the third trimester. After a not even a month of having it, back up camera screen was completely messed up. Reached out regarding getting it fixed but didn't have the time due to up coming travel that was planned straight into a 5 week out of state school. Upon returning and taking it out for a family trip to visit. I receive warning signs that stated "service shifter" going over the pass. Returning from our trip I got fed up and took it in to get looked at. After they had my vehicle for 2 weeks (I believe) I was told they couldn't find anything. The entire time I'm there the only thing I hear is "don't worry we aren't charging you a diagnostic fee". News flash buddy no shit you're not charging me a diagnostic fee for looking at a shit vehicle you sold me. The service people were kind and understanding for my frustration's. They noted hey maybe it's a grounded wire or something but when we ran the codes we didn't get any issues. Why are you going to sit there and tell me it's possibly a grounded wire instead of search for it and fix it? This place is ridiculous, I wouldn't recommend getting a vehicle (and every single warranty in hopes you don't have to use it) just to receive minimal help.

We bought our second Crosstrek from this dealer and couldn't be happier, the process was smooth, we got a decent amount for our previous Subaru, our sales person was attentive and kept us in the loop about our custom ordered Crosstrek '24. Yes, it is a car dealership so they're in to make money and there's just no way around the whole process but there are dealerships and then are better dealerships like this one. We'll most likely purchase our 3rd Subaru from them too, many many years from now hopefully.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!! My friend purchased a used car here. It was not "As is". it's been in the shop longer than she has had it in her possession. She bought April of 2023. Had a loaner vehicle about 80% of the time.she paid in cash. They refuse to take the lemon used car back. BEWARE of their shady, unethical and unprofessional practices!! I will be in the market for a new vehicle soon, just moved to the area, already ticking off the bad dealerships.

I HIGHLY recommend the sales department. They were AMAZING. my husband & I went in over a year ago to get him a WRX & the next day I went in to get an ascent. We absolutely love our cars & we worked with the absolutely best sales people. with that said their service department... it leaves a HORRIBLE taste in my mouth. For starters, my husband took his WRX in for the rear defroster & asked them to adjust the air pressure in his tires to manufacturer specifications. First there was ZERO communication. He had to call them to find out his car was done. Then he was told that the tires had been adjusted. Just to find out it had not been done. He reached out to speak to a manager. Never got a call back. Then my Ascent the Captain seat behind the drivers side has a sensor that may be messed up. The seat belt light & chime goes off when my son's in the car. & not only is he in a car seat that's latched in, but he's been in the car seat for a couple months & the sensor just started going off. I went in, they told me to buckle the seat belt. I was there for a total of 2 minutes & given a solution that absolutely doesn't work because I can't buckle the car seat in with the latch system (it's a car seat that has a base. Both of them won't fit) I was pretty much just brushed off. Very frustrating because both cars are leases, so when the lease is up, we're liable for damage... but when we try to address the issues with the service department they don't want to do anything to help. Honestly, I would definitely lease another car from the sales department, but I'll take my chances with the service department of a street corner mechanic before going back to their service department. I'm only giving them three stars because I want to emphasize that the sales department is amazing. Its service I don't think was helpful.

Here again after a while away. Have a 2023 Legacy Sport now. The staff is nearly all different but that isn't surprising. New express service building is ok. My only gripe today is having to pay extra for a tire rotation during a 6000 mile service. That and the oil change came to nearly $150. Call me old school but $150 for an oil change and tire rotation seems steep. This is a Subaru not Mercedes or BMW or any other higher end luxury or sport vehicle. It's 4 quarts of oil, a filter, and 6 minutes to rotate tires. 6 seconds for an F1 crew. Given this is the first service on this vehicle and I simply didn't have time to do myself I paid and was satisfied although a little put off by the price. I think I'll be servicing it at home from here forward for around $30.

Wow. I came here because it was closer than my previous dealership and the service was so great I just got my new car from them. It was so much easier and personable. No heavy sales pitch and no pushing extras. They are so nice and eager to give you what you want and need in a car. Amazingly enjoyable process. Would recommend the Sales, service and Express (oil changes etc) to anyone who owns a Subaru. And if you are looking for a great car at an awesome price come here and take a look. I think you will find a better product and some of the nicest people in the industry. Ask for Slav or Todd. Or see any of the great people working here. PS Dogs are loved here too, be sure and let them have a drink from the doggy bowl or eat a snack. Then check out the great cars. Restrooms are clean! Snacks and drinks available and other goodies for purchase. Waiting area is comfy and there are locations to do work. Wi-fi available. Average time for me to complete my transaction and get into a new car. Only 1 1/2 hours, yours may vary.

Tacoma Subaru tried to bill me for damage that happened at Tacoma Subaru. Staff and management were combative and curt. Probably worth checking out a different dealership/service dept.

I called to see if they do alignment on my Forester. Holly picked up and only gave me the price and then hung up. I then call back and asked if they have time same day to do the alignment and she abruptly said, "No!" Then hung up, I then called back wanting to schedule and got hung up again. I will not be taking my car or recommending this place to anyone if they are this rude to customers/people. I would much rather drive 12 extra miles to Auburn where I bought my car from than going to a place that treat people horrible.

Taryn Graham was AMAZING! Car buying is always a ton of nervewracking. After the 4-5 hours we spent at Tacoma Subaru, I left feeling well informed & that I had a made a friend in our sales rep, Taryn. I came in thinking I wanted a Forester, but left with a 2023 Outback - Taryn took our wants and needs out of a car, and showed us all the ways that the Outback would make more sense for our lifestyle. Taryn made sure to follow-up with us in the days after the purchase, to make sure that we loved our Subaru. The negotiation was painless & I felt I could be very honest and transparent with what my expectations were.Seriously great experience AND I got a hot car out of it! :)

At first have some issues with the order. But just make a call. Talk to a customer service representative and the order was shipped quickly, and arrive just in couple of day. Give 4 stars, beacause of the delay, and it is not the first time. I think must be the system, because they work very fast, as soon they notice of the problem. Very please with thair service
