Everyone here is so sweet and professional! I had the pleasure of having Eloise as my piercer and they were absolutely wonderful. I only had jewelry changes done and they were so kind! During my second visit, my blood pressure dropped and I wasn’t feeling well and Eloise was so quick to offer me some candy and a bottle of water and made sure I was comfortable before continuing. I could not ask for better service!

B JUST did my double eyebrow piercing (11/5/24. 2 days ago) and let me tell you, as a seasoned vet to piercings; this was my BEST visit yet!!!
She did such a wonderful job making me comfortable!! And made sure that my brows were perfectly aligned!!
She took her time, no rush at all (and I was a walk in!)
The shop is absolutely beautiful and the cleanest!!

I can already tell my brows are going to heal PERFECTLY!!!

I had an amazing experience with B (Bethany) !! She was super sweet and funny and helped me calm down a lot. She reassured me and did an amazing job with my paired vertical philtrums
(vampire fangs).
Never had a lip piercing done before, and I’ve seen it’s rated 6-10 on pain scale. The way she pierced them, it was done so quickly it made it a 3-4/10. Will definitely be back for another piercing :0)

Absolutely recommend this shop for your piercings! As soon as I walked in I felt comfortable and safe. The staff working behind the counter were very welcoming, kind, and informative. I also totally recommend Bethany who was my piercer and helped me feel taken care of, comfy, and eased my nerves with her awesome vibe. Piercings are doing great and I really appreciate her knowledge and follow-up on aftercare. Can't wait to go back!

Great place for getting your kids ears pierced. Beth did a fantastic job; they explained the process to my daughter and talked to her through the whole thing.

I got 3 ear piercing curation and 1 nostril done here by 2 different piercers. The staff are very welcoming and understanding especially when I came in 25 min late becuase a crash had just happened and traffic was still backing up. They were very professional and all utensils were sterilized and set up for my appointment!

This place was great! I liked the person who did the piercing and thought that they did a good job. Fantastic customer service! They were happy to show me jewelry and I picked out something really special. Jewelry was on sale and their prices are way better than the other piercing studio I went to before in Seattle. I bought a solid gold “end” for the earring and they included a titanium post at no extra charge. They also give you a free saline spray for your piercing. I ended doing a special order for another earring that they were out of in yellow gold. I plan to get another piercing there when the new earring arrives!

I can’t review how good they are at piercing because I only went in for an earring change due to another piercing places horrible jewelry they gave me. But this place does seem great for everything piercing related! They have some great jewelry options and everyone is very nice. Definitely go here!

Eloise is amazing. She pierced both my Targus and I absolutely love it. She also talked me through the process of it and did a great job of downsizing them. Although I don’t agree with their system of responding back in a text or email and not being able to speak to a live person when you call, I do appreciate that it’s hygienically safe environment and that Eloise is one of the piercers there.
