The company was great about communicating when the packers would be at my house, they showed up on time and we’re very respectful. However, they crammed military dress blues at the bottom of a box and used them as a cushion which is completely disrespectful and now we can’t find ANY of the hardware or screws to our furniture. I’m beyond irate right now.

They were fast, friendly, and on time. Out of two trucks that it took to package all of my belongings, only a piece of wall decor was damaged which to me is a pretty good success rate.

Anyone that has ever done a move while in the service knows it is difficult and stressful, this company did not make it any easier. They were supposed to send someone out to survey our house which never happened. Upon arrival I walked through the house and specifically said what was going and what was to stay. I even went to the extent of writing down the stuff that stayed in multiple rooms. They packed things that they shouldn't have, failed to follow any guidance, and refused to unpack the items we needed. They were very rushed and were just throwing things in boxes. All they were worried about was their next job, even though my home was supposed to take a minimum of two days and they did it in 7 hours. The crew lead was on his phone 80% of the time. Overall it was the worst moving experience I have ever had.

All in all, once the crew arrived, did a walk through of my home of exactly what would be going and not moving with them. And they didn’t stop moving after that! They did an amazing job and in a very good amount of time for all the things they had to wrap, take apart and organize into their truck. All of them were professional and I enjoyed having them around. Thank you all so much for my move, and definitely would recommend this company to anyone looking for movers.Services: Interstate moving

This move was to extricate my 101 year old mom from an assistive living facility (which did a great job keeping her alive during this pandemic). But she (and we) wanted better socializing with family connections. We all applaud your crew for their diligence and care.
