I've submitting some complex pieces for their kiln--a teaset, nesting dolls... each time everything came out 100% perfect. Atmosphere is calm and relaxed and the staff work to help people. Have seen occasional weirdos come in, but they aren't tolerated, thank goodness. The owners want this to be a safe place for everybody.
