Prices are okay if you get things that are on sale, otherwise they seem a little steep. If the item is not priced, they will not sell it to you, and do not even attempt to get a price. Service is not so hot, but you can find some treasures here!

This is one of the last good thrift stores. They have daily sales and a huge selection of clothing. By the time the discounts are applied the prices are really reasonable. Mondays they have 50% off everything. The staff are very nice. This is my favorite thrift store these days. The local Goodwillâs prices have doubled over the last few years. Thrift city has better stuff at lower prices. I think they buy pallets of clothes, I find really high quality stuff sometimes!

Tired of getting to the counter and seeing a smeared price tag that clearly shows 3 numbers reassembling $5.99 only to have them call up a manager who then re-priced it to $39.99, absolute garbage of service. Especially when the small chair was damaged and missing peaces

Time for an updated positive review because this place deserves it! I normally stop in a couple of times a week to buy something to support the business. They get so much inventory and throughout the day constantly adding more to the shelves - which I love! Fast paced thrift store and the sales are great. You never know what you are going to find!

I hate to complain as I used to love it here but I have two big concerns:
1. No dressing rooms AND no returns or exchanges. How can you tell if the clothes will fit you? This baffles me. Please change this policy. Have one or the other. Had to put all my clothes back.
2. The prices got jacked up recently. $30 for a pair of jeans! secondhand stores are supposed to make shopping accessible.

Honestly I love coming here , sometimes it sucks seeing how some customers are rude towards the teens in the front , like today their was a couple raising their voices to the young lady after them letting them know that their dog could be inside because of the best situation, old gentleman was being rude and raising his voice and standing near the door and staring and talking to himself out loud and getting angry towards the teens . I come here allot and allot of people bring there dogs without their vest and âclaimâ to be service animals when there not . Like I mention before I come here for the deals but it suckâs that some employees go through allot especially having to deal with ignorant customers and last time , I saw that a cashier got yelled at over a receipt because it wasnât valid . Like OMG be RESPECTFULâŠ

Today I had a bad experience in this store. I went shopping there with my family and we took our dog. My wife came in and I stayed outside walking with my dog. After a few minutes I entered the store with my dog ââand my wife told me that dogs were not allowed inside, to which I told her that service dogs were allowed (our dog is an emotional dog). Anyway, I went out and was waiting for my wife outside and when I was resting my dog ââfor a while I noticed a red truck outside the store with a woman in it and a few minutes later a cashier came out to chase me away. He told me I couldn't be inside the store and I told him I wasn't inside. I was on one side of the door and when she came out to tell me what she told her, I stood in front of the door and she closed it in my face very rudely. Afterwards, my wife went to ask why they had kicked me out if I was outside, to which they said that the boss told them that I couldn't be inside the store and, as I mentioned above, I was already outside. They didn't have to be rude, it was enough to say that she couldn't come in with the dog and that's it; Anyway, I was already outside. Because they have a sign that only service dogs can enter if they don't even ask they are just rude to customers. Very bad service đ

Today I went to this store even though is expensive I liked to support them with donations and buying close there. Well today is the last day I support this people. To start with, the cashiers are kind of rude but I understand sometimes it is overwhelming interacting with a lot of people (not an excuse but understandable). Well today we went shopping there and my husband came inside with our dog and when I realized I told him there was a sign outside saying âNO DOGS ALOUDâ our dog is a service/emotional dog and even though he went outside and wait for us. He was running and walking the dog around waiting for me. When him and the dog were resting for a moment a cashier went outside and told him he couldnât be in the store with the dog. At what he responded he was not inside. She told him you were inside and my bus call me to tell me you couldnât be in with the dog inside and he told her I am not inside. They got mad and close the door very rude. I was inside looking for close but I heard everything she told him. I went and ask why they were telling him to leave and being rude if he was outside the store already and they told me that the boss told them and that there were cameras outside and she could see he was still there. My husband said the boss was in a red truck and never said nothing to him. I donât understand why she didnât said nothing to him, if she was outside she could have told him nicely not to come inside but not they were very rude and for consequence my husband responded rude as well. We always treat people the way we are treated so they can see how it feels when someone is rude to you. Hope they are bless and have better days so they can treat customers in a better manner.

First time here. Cashier had a nasty attitude. Very rude and snarky for absolutely no reason.
