So normally you go to a latino/Hispanic grocery store and they have the meat, whether it’s para asar, para tacos, Al pastor, etc. already prepped in a chilled display fridge….. Not this place, this is the first butcher place I have seen where the meat is cut and sliced in front of you. I went in to get 15lbs of seasoned pork and 5lbs of seasoned beef and had to wait 20mins plus to get it. This is not a complain at all as I appreciate the freshness of the meat and immediate seasoning. The carnicero is the butcher and he cuts and preps the meat. His method looks and IS the freshest I have ever had. Para todos los latinos que le gustan la carne asad este lugar está chingon. And for everyone else I highly recommend this placePLEASE NOTE - don’t expect to go there and just get your meat bagged. Give yourselves some time to have the butcher cut your meat or call in advance…. We’ll worth it
