Very unwelcoming to someone who is new to the area. I was sent through hoops just to be told it wasn't enough. All of this for something that was taken care of in 30 seconds at a different business. There is no chance I would never consider doing business here in any way.

Every person working there had a positive attitude and seemed to know each person coming into the bank. As I was opening a checking account, I overheard the customer talking about someone close to her passing away and the female teller went around to where she was and asked if she could hug her, then said a few encouraging words then went back to her station. I felt that was very heartwarming and I really liked seeing that. Everyone's so distant these days. So even out of an all business day, they still have heart!

They have what is called a "2nd chance" checking account. That's how I started using there bank a few years ago.

Timberland bank has alway given me quality care. I have been banking with them for probably 13 - 15 years. They are one of the few banks that still has a drive up window. If you are handicapped that is a big plus if you don't have to stand in line to wait for a teller.They are always helpful and have a smile on their face. I have no complaints.

In my business I go to the bank often. This bank is hands down my favorite one I've ever done business with! They are dialed in with the business/ professional side and so friendly too. Always going the extra mile with a smile! I would highly recommend

When it came to Covid Timberland was dismal failure . After 13 months I still have to choke down diesel fumes and yell my banking for the world to hear through the drive thru window . I have two other banks I deal with and I will be moving everything to them..

Horrible service. My son in laws card is locked and all locations are closed. No 24hr line to fix. Now have to wait 3 days to address issues. What credit unions or banks don't have 24hr help. Trying to get a hold of anyone is a joke. They are changing banks Tuesday!!! Don't get an account from them not worth the hassle.

These guys are the worst bank I haver encountered. Its damn near impossible to get a hold of them on the phone on Saturdays during their 'open hrs'. I was told that the teller would be open from 9am-2pm on Saturdays. I made the 40 min drive to one of their scarce branches just to find out there is no one here. These guys suck and I dont recommend them. I planning to close my account because their service is so poor. Dont assume what the rep on the phone knows what s/he is talking about. So bad!!!
