The Tinder Box team is absolutely phenomenal. I live in Olympia, and this is the closest spot that has a great selection of pipe tobacco and related products and their service is exceptional. Always happy to make recommendations when they're out of stock, orders are on the way super promptly and the customer service is legitimately excellent. I abused the heck out of my favorite pipe and when I asked about replacement stems, they did me one better and got it repaired (excellently!) and sent back to me. If you are a pipe smoker suffering from the weird WA laws that prevent you from easily ordering what you need online, look no further - the Tinder Box will get you what you need!

Absolutely lovely service. Great time talking to and learning from Amber, she is very knowledgeable about pipe tobacco and passionate about our shared hobby. I've fallen in love with this store, it brings me so much joy smelling jars, exploring new tobaccos, maybe finding a sweet deal on an estate pipe. Scored a savinelli 2011 signature for 80$! Tobacco price is what it is for being in Washington, but the knowledge is really what sells the product. No higher prices than anywhere else, but with amazing service. Get a pipe, talk to amber, and start your journey!

A genuinely pleasant tobacconist. Large selection of bulk tobaccos and pipes. Equally large humidor for the cigar smoker. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who are willing to help. Always a fun visit.

The store was well stocked, clean, organized, and well put together. The sales lady was very polite and knowledgeable about their products. They had a good selection of pipe tobaccos, mostly from their own brand, as well as pipes, cigars, and accessories.
