So we make an appointment for a service three weeks ago. We get to our appointment at 7:30 AM as they requested… The front service lady proceeds to tell us that it’s a $250 charge for them to look at what the Ford Corporation sent us a letter to have the dealer look at. There is no mention of a fee in the letter from Ford OR when the appt is made three weeks prior with the dealer over the phone ?? You would think that an important detail such as this would be brought up to the customer to start with! Not good ….took the car and left.

Brett, our service write, at Titus-Will Service & Tire at 616 Broadway, Tacoma, WA 98402, took great care of us. We got our F-350 fuel filters changed quickly and at a reasonable price, but the service department wasn't able to duplicate a fuel gauge malfunction we were intermittently experiencing. None the less, we'd recommend Brett and this location for all your service needs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We purchased a vehicle and as soon as we drove it off the lot the airbag notification came on. We immediately took it back for repairs which was pretty easy and quick they took the vehicle in right away. After that it was dead silent, no updates and they just kept saying we don't know how long it would take. The service manager had horrible communication and basically no one gave a S@#*. We will never buy or recommend someone going here. They are very nice when you want to buy and take your money after that you are on your own even if they sell you a vehicle with faults.

Lost power steering on I5, super scary. Derek and team were able to squeeze me in when they were fully booked, they found and fixed my loose battery and I was able to get home safely. I was so relieved and so grateful.

My husband was having issues with his stereo system so we took it in at 10 am on Saturday. We were told it would be done in a couple hours and they would call us when it was complete. 3:45 rolled around so we called for an update, the service department did not answer their phones. We went in today, Sunday, to find out what was going on. Turns out the service department is closed on Sunday's. We asked if we could get a rental or get the keys to my husbands car since he works tomorrow, which resulted in the sales manager Leroy becoming very argumentative and rude. We asked to speak with someone who was higher up than him in which he responded that he was the highest person there. We asked if he could call someone so we could at least get our car which was answered by him raising his voice at us saying there was nothing he could he even do. The lack of customer service when the service department didn't tell us they were keeping his car overnight and the response received by Leroy is absolutely ridiculous!! I recommend people go to Toyota of Tacoma instead.

Showed up here after an emergency on the highway on a Friday afternoon and the experience could not have been better. Slotted our hybrid car in for later that day, helped us get set up w a rental car to continue on our trip, gave clear info on the issue, price was reasonable and car was fixed the next day. Staff arranged for a pickup on Sunday via sales desk as service was closed, pickup went smooth on our way back up with rental car drop nearby. Whole situation could have gone so, so much worse. Really appreciated the honesty and clarity w a surprise customer in an emergency situation. Everything is running well after a few days and our older car is still hanging in there. Huge thanks to Mitch and the team!

Okay, okay, okay. I went here for a pretty simple request and not to buy a car or have extensive repairs done on it so there is all that. I went here to get new batteries put in my two car keys since one has been dead since I bought my car used two years ago and the key I generally use was starting not to respond to commands. My keys are proximity oriented and the batteries need to be in working shape for me to even turn over the ignition and I was getting a flashing light on the ignition button which was trying to tell me to replace the batteries soon. So once that warning light came on more than once I was making myself an afternoon errand after work during the week so I could keep my car running. I was assisted very efficiently and directed to the service area in which the man there started working on my keys to replace the batteries. Now on times past with certain things when somebody says they never worked on a particular model of something before it's a bit concerning because if they can't figure out the task they may not finish it and sometimes they don't know anybody that can. I ran out to the car and got the owners manual and brought it back in so he could go off of the directions. Now I was willing to do this task myself but the manual advised me to change the batteries at the dealership which I kind of already was planning to anyway but still entertained the idea that I might do it on my own. The service guy at the counter got one key's battery replaced fairly easy once I opened the page for the instructions. The key I normally use was a little bit harder to replace it's batteries and I thought "Uh Oh" again thinking the task here may not be completed all the way for both keys and the service man was concerned too but with some more careful handling he did indeed get both batteries replaced and both proximity keys work perfectly. So a good experience overall and probably the most cheapest car repair I've had in decades but it is was only because it's not all that labor intensive or in need of a great deal of parts and service equipment for the task of changing key batteries. I admire the service guy's patience and persistence for not giving up on an unfamiliar key model and overcoming any other challenges during the task.

Went in for an oil change and was helped by Alex. She was awesome. As a female, sometimes you feel in the dark when it comes to vehicle maintenance. She put me at ease and answered all of my questions without being intimidating. Toyota is lucky to have her. She is no-nonsense and communicates well and knows her stuff.
