I bought my 2019 Tacoma here brand new and have continued to get it serviced here since. I have never had an issue and was always in and out in a timely manner. Keep doing what you guys are doing, and thanks to the guy who gave me his lunch he didn't want, hit the spot

Seth P. was very helpful, he answered all our questions and walked us through the entire process (sometimes twice). He advocated for us, helping us get the car I wanted at the price I needed. The dude in financing was way cool too. Overall, a good experience.

Another reason why my family and I have been loyal Toyota drivers for the past two decades….the customer service!! Recently my husband and I moved to Tacoma, Washington and needed a Toyota right away. Andrew from Australia was beyond helpful and amazing as we communicated between States. I was living at Florida at the time and needed to find a can within a month. Andrew worked his magic and got me a Prius and ensured it would be waiting for me when I arrived in August of 2023! He was not only a great salesman, but he also was genuinely helpful, and was great with communicating our sale and finalization every step of the way. He had a vacation planned when I arrived in August so Mike Carter took over! WHAT A GREAT PERSON Andrew turned me over to! Mike Carter was nothing short of AMAZING!! Super nice, friendly, and treated us more like a friend than a client! He helped seal the deal and made our welcome to Tacoma very very pleasant! We enjoy seeing Mike whenever we stop by the dealership as he is just a warm and friendly person! Trust me, this dealership out of all the Toyota Dealerships I’ve been with over the years is TOP NOTCH!! And the icing on the cake is their coffee bar!!!!

My friend had probably one of the worst experience in this dealership. We called in for a test-drive on the rav4 hybrid and drove all the way from Bellevue. Chuck was the person who picked up the phon, he was nice and helped us confirm the car was still available and booked us an appointment.However, when we arrived the dealership, a different sale person, Jeremy showed up even we asked for Chuck. The car was great. We asked for more information on the protection packages and tried to negotiate the price. After that, Jeremy just repeatedly told us everything was non-negotiable. The overall experience was almost feeling like saleperson just didn't give a damn on selling the car.We were almost very certain to purchase the car. But because of the horrible service, we decided to leave although it took almost 1.5hr to get there. Will tell everyone we knew to stay away from this dealership and possibly Toyota cars unless they could find a good sale person.

Detail oriented and relatively fast experience! Eric was great. The used car I bought had some issues but they took care of all of them to my satisfaction and a week later I was on the road.

Eric Shin is an excellent sales person and he is always welcome you at his job all the time. If something wrong with your vehicle he will do wonders to fixed. I have purchased three RAV4 from home and always he treat me with the best customer service ever. 100% for Eric.

Brian Tribble was very helpful and efficient! I went in for an oil change and everyone is always friendly and they got it done quickly. I went back the next day with a small concern and Brian got me in right away and took care of my car personally and washed my car! Thanks Brian, you’re the best!

I don't think the people in the service department can even say customer much less practice it. I had an appointment for service and had reserved a loaner car. When I checked in the service writer said I was all checked in and told me to go to the Concierges desk to get my loaner. To which she said we have your name on the board but no car. But I was welcome to call a rental car company.

My experience at this dealership was an absolute nightmare. We bought a car from them, and the moment I drove it off the lot, the airbag malfunctioned, and the sliding door had serious issues. I immediately returned the car the next day, hoping for a swift resolution, but little did I know what I was in for.Instead of taking responsibility for their faulty product, the dealership had the audacity to bounce me back and forth between different departments as if they were doing me a favor. I explicitly told them from the beginning that I needed the car for my Uber ride-sharing business and requested a quick resolution to avoid losing money while the car remained in their possession. Yet, they couldn’t have cared less about my predicament once the bank funded them.The moment I stepped into Davids Office, the service manager, he took charge of my car situation and swiftly addressed it. Unlike previous visits, he showed genuine concern and promptly ensured my concerns were resolved. I was amazed to find out that the paperwork issue causing delays with Uber and Lyft approvals was quickly rectified as he personally handled it with the Department of Licensing (DOL). David’s dedication and follow-through truly impressed me!If you work with the other guys, they will see you are trash. David thanks a lot.It’s evident that this dealership is utterly unconcerned about their customers’ well-being once they’ve secured their payment. They showed a complete lack of professionalism, responsibility, and basic decency throughout this ordeal.To make matters worse, I experienced blatant discrimination from two employees at the lobby who were condescendingly laughing at me, possibly assuming that because I am Ugandan, I am ignorant and unaware. Their behavior was beyond offensive and completely unacceptable. They will be surprised if I open up who I am. Don’t judge a book by its cover.I am done dealing with this disreputable dealership, and I urge anyone considering making a car purchase to stay far away from them. They need a serious wake-up call and a shake-up in their business practices.In conclusion, I cannot stress enough how dreadful my experience with them has been, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of them. Spare yourself the headache, the frustration, and the discrimination I endured. This dealership should be ashamed of their conduct, and potential customers deserve to be warned about the appalling treatment they might receive. They need to learn more about customer obsession not money obsession .

We purchased a vehicle and as soon as we drove it off the lot the airbag notification came on. We immediately took it back for repairs which was pretty easy and quick they took the vehicle in right away. After that it was dead silent, no updates and they just kept saying we don't know how long it would take. The service manager had horrible communication and basically no one gave a S@#*. We will never buy or recommend someone going here. They are very nice when you want to buy and take your money after that you are on your own even if they sell you a vehicle with faults.

After being ignored by a salesman deliberately on Friday, we were acknowledged by Susan. Susan went out of her way to answer questions, and show us a few vehicles. Susan is very knowledgeable about Toyotas. She’s very professional, honest, and friendly. I will be sure to recommend her to anyone who’s in the market for a vehicle and will work with her for any future purchase.

It’s almost surprising how much more unhelpful they become every time I go and yes sadly I’ve been multiple times. I hate their service writers, all of them. Nothing very specific about this establishment. The idea of a middle man between you explaining what’s going on with your car and whatever that service writer in turn tells the mechanic is a game of telephone that the customer always loses. I know it’s standard practice but it’s d*** and this company exceeds all expectations when it comes to service writers being useless and not only unhelpful but problematic. They over charge for standard simple work and simply checking just like all the other big name dealership service departments, what can ya do… but hey, there’s coffee and tea in the lobby.
