the selection of figures they have here are great i recommend coming to look at them but when it comes to buying them they mark up the prices heavily. i usually just come here to look at the figures and then buy online. i will say the staff there are very nice and are willing to take the figures from the top down for u to see and aren’t rude about it when u don’t buy it so dont be nervous to ask they are very friendly.

Went there to get a couple of things. The store was neat and I like Japanese stuff a lot reminded me of Big Hero 6 or Marvel as well. Love it!

The Labubus here are real!! the girl at the counter was nice enough to show me how to authenticate it and did it before I even paid ! It’s expensive, but I get they are reselling. it’s popmarts fault for making them so hard to get 😔

Pretty disappointed in this store. During the Funko pop craze the manager would use their mall access to not wait outside like everyone else, buy the chase and resell it for massive mark ups. Now they have fake labubus they are trying to sell for 89.99

Overpriced fake Pop Mart items. I bought a Labubu that is not authentic. I couldn’t go back to return it because I live far away, but I wanted to warn people about it.

Came Christmas shopping here and spent 328 on a figurine just for it to be broken in 3 different places. Went to see if anything could be done and “we can’t do anything about it sorry”
