“It was so easy and convenient to do transactions with the Uhaul crew. Returning the rented vehicle was also easy, I would say just follow the link that the front office sent you through text messages and you will not have a problem with the gas mileage that you are obliged to refill before returning it. Other than that the Uhaul at Parkland have a lot of their vehicle space and their driveway where you will return the vehicle have also ample space.”

“My family got locked outside because the garage door could not open, in middle of the night. We had no choice but to find to rent a very tall ladder to reach 2nd floor, planning to break inside by window. Altho we were able to open the garage eventually without the ladder, I still appreciated for their costumer services - who made efforts to find ladders and keep the communication in between.”
“The manager, Jason, was a life saver! He went above and beyond diagnosing and trouble shooting the wiring issues with our trailer lights. He got us on the road within an hour. Jason was incredibly helpful and informative and we could not have figured it out without him.”
