They did great job tuning my Hellcat, got me some extra HP. They also surveyed the car for me and told me what type of modifications have been made. This was a great help as I bought the car used. Great customer service and knowledge I will be back thanks.

I had to give one star but wanted to give none.I paid $3,600 for parts they were to order and to delivered directly to my house. Paid for all these parts up front. The first part was delivered quickly. The second part did not arrive. After a month, went to Turbo Tech to find out where it was and no one was able to help me. After that visit, it arrived within a few days. It seems after looking at the packing slip, they forgot to order it. Then they want to make me pay an additional $35 for shipping. As far as I was concerned, I paid up front for these parts. They should have added this charge to the original bill.I also had them mill an intake. They said it would be 1 hour labor charge. It turned out to be 1-1/2 hours. The labor for this was $165/hour. They never quoted me a price so my final bill was $275. Not happy. I will not be back.When I said I wouldn't pay the shipping charges, George at the front desk was rude. He said he was getting sick of arguing with customers and threw our sales slip. If he was more clear in what he is billing his customers up front, he might not have all these headaches.They don’t care about their customer. Not sure how they stay in business. They probably have no repeat customers with how they treat them. Will not be back and will make sure anyone I know goes elsewhere.

Always a pleasure to do business with Tiffany and Matt. Ive taken my hellcat there for dyno, tuning, and most recently a clutch replacement. I will continue to only take the car to them. They're also the kind of people that you give the red key to!

Customer service is a joke, sadly. I'm not here to be mean but I feel it's my duty to inform future TT customers and current TT staff that better customer service is needed.Brought my car in to have a tune made and three hours later it was done - seemed too quick honestly and also paid way more than I was quoted for too! Either way, I paid and got in my car and fought traffic back home. It wasn't until I got home a few hours later I started noticing issues. Yes, his tune fixed some things but made others worse - more so, WOT; had a couple stalls here and there (initial warm start); and warm starts always remained poor. Unfortunately, my car ran better before their tune; 'displayed wise' my car made good number though but from the seat of the pants to the dyno graph given something was off... But WOT was awful, so much it made me think about selling the car.I was tuned 06/19 and mentioned my findings same day. I received repeated delays throughout communication even though Mr. Kaiser said he want's that sort of transpartent interaction from his customers - a reason I went this route. He sent me a configuration within a timely manner -thanks- 2 days later without instructions (even though I know how to log; done 100's of them). Received communication 06/29 saying he's reviewing it and on 7/10 staying he's sending out a revision same day or the day after, then I got ghosted! Next week, nothing. Following week nothing. Fast forwards a few weeks I gave up and got the vehicle retuned and it's back to it's original 'slap your face' glory!Also went one step future (after I was retuned) and submitted a refund through my bank to look into the matter. After ALL this time, I received a message from Matt apologizing 'he dropped the ball' today, 7/31 after admiting Discover was asking for a refund on my behalf (only partial since I paid in cash for the rest). Needless to say, he apologized and sent me a revision -which I'll never use- and a message staying that "unforuntately, we have a signed credit card receipt for work which was done properly..." Yeah, okay... How is that a fair to say when I have to pay before you hand me my fob back?..All in all, Matt isn't a bad guy just poor customer service skills. He'll act like your buddy so you spend $1,195 then *ghost* when you truly needed his expertise. Honestly, if you have a Mustang go with a tried and true Mustang tuner.

This shop needs to be shut down due to bad tuning and workmanship! vehicle came out worst than it went in! misfire codes and system failure due to improper testing! Body panels need to be realigned and paint chips from improper handling!!! I'll never recommend any of my friends there ever again!

Great service. Brought my truck in for some performance upgrades and were very upfront with issues. Great communication throughout the process. I highly recommend coming here for any work you need done. Will definitely come back if I need anymore work done.

I bought a turbo kit for my 2015 jk but I realized I'd need professional help to install it. I decided to call Turbo Technology and see if they would install the kit. Sure enough they were happy to have me bring it all in and with some solid wizardry got the kit to fit in the tiny engine bay.When it came time to tune Matt was honest with me and told me he didn't have a lot of experience with this type of engine and wanted to get the tune from the kit installed first to see how it ran before he'd make any changes of his own. Since the other company's guy went on vacation during the dyno phase of the setup he told me to drive it for a bit and we'd finish the set up when the other guy got back. The tune from the other company felt bad and I started to regret buying the whole set up.When it was time to get it all wrapped up Matt reached out to the other guy and just dealt with hassle none stop, and because hedoesn't want his customers cars sitting around waiting on a knucklehead, he called me and told me he'd like to tune it his way.I'm glad he did because the thing slaps now. He got those 35s moving with less boost and comparable HP gains to what my kit's company advertises. I'm now the envy of all the Dad's at school pick up for my boys, I'm the bane of all my old neighbor's at 6PM when I whiz down my road making all the noiseand my wife hates it. It's everything I dreamed of.If you have even the slightest idea of doing anything like this to your car. Call these guys. They are busy, but it's because theydo good work. They are helpful, and won't make you feel like you are out of place even if you don't know a thing about your car.11/10 just gonna send it bruh.
