the atm kept my card, along with three other people while i was there, they issued me a new card same day 11/23 same number. it's now the 12/13 they retrieved my old card out of atm yesterday then shut my current card down. This is super inconvenient with xmas being around the corner an it's hard to get off work to get in an get a new card. The teller should have known the procedures. This kind of service is just not acceptable this time of year.

Very friendly helpful assistance when I visit Twinstar!!! Each branch is different but also a familiar welcoming feeling!!!

I feel most of the complaints on TwinStar are petty people not looking at the bigger picture. So far every single experience I’ve had here has been wonderful. I will say as well that I have high expectations when it comes to services. Also, if you go into the lobby be sure to say hello to the security guard. He is just the sweetest man.

After being on hold for 27 minutes, a soft spoken Gent/Person with a slight southern accent took my call. Being frustrated I was direct but not rude. They asked me security questions, way off and mentioned phone numbers I'm not related too. They said they would transfer me to an Agent and hung up on me!A person named Veronica was completely the opposite when I tried to pay last week. Veronica was very attentive and related to how long I had been holding for and tried to help me multiple times.

I can’t explain how low the service is during COVID. The drive thru has taken my cash payment for car note and didn’t refund my change once before and they debt machines are always down / declining. High APR low time Credit Union will nickel dime you to death

These days, people blame everything on something else....other than the real issue. The Credit Union causes delays on the local traffic because they can't support the car volume due to their lobby being closed. You could safely open your lobby and assist guests in a responsible manner to avoid this. I just saw an employee walk into the back door without a mask on, around lunch time....inconvenience to your members and you can't even follow CDC guidelines by wearing your mask. So frustrating.

Over 10 min per car ! Cars lined up dangerously into Pacific ave to pull in. Doors closed and must use window to cars to transact. This is my third time trying to do business. Other financial institutions have doors open. What gives?

The worst took a payment from me and then asked me to send documents and hours later my car was took and no one communicated who was repoing my car, the"lead" I found out isn't really a lead shes training to be a lead so she lied told me the sooner I get the documents to he the sooner I can stop repo. Whole time I sent documents in less than 30min and she knew she was clocking out when she sent me documents. So, they too my money I dont know where the care is and they're closed. SMH I HATE TWINSTAR I was only 40 days passed dues and made a payements in September and the know i'm not working i just got unemployment. So, I definitly communicated.

This place has gone downhill so much. They closed the only other location in Tacoma and I have been waiting nearly 30 minutes to withdraw money from my account because they force you to do a drive thru lane with 10 other cars fighting to get in. I would never have ever gotten an account through them if I would have known they handle the virus so poorly. Don't get an account with them unless you want to wait an hour to deposit a check. ?

Worst customer service ever! Spent an hour on hold, was able to finally get a hold of someone via text and was told that for the service I required I need to go into a branch. Once at a branch the lobby was closed, someone finally came to the door and i was told all business was done through the drive up. BACK IN LINE!They have cars lined up in the turn lane on a busy road. DANGEROUS!I was also told that they can not receive fax confirmation, a very basic business function.Very last I will deal with TwinStar. They are dysfunctional and they want to manage my money. No thank you!BECU's lobby is open!

Only one drive through lane which causes cars to back up into the road resulting in a dangerous condition for motorists. In fact, had so much time waiting in this drive through line, I decided to write this review. Tried calling their 800 number but put on hold for over 30 minutes. Lastly, I tried their "call me back" option but never received a call back.... I will never do business with Twinstar again.

Ever since covid and shutting the indoor services it has been very slow through the drive through. Very slow. I easily wait over 30 minutes. There is only one lane open always. It seems they can be doing thing more efficiently.

Only one lane drive through... Long, slow line. Lobby closed. Takes 30 minutes to make a small transaction. 20 dollar fee to accomplish the same thing on the phone. Why is this fee no longer waived if the lobby remains closed? Senseless, greedy. This location is not necessarily to blame for company practices though. I would rather review the company as a whole, recommending more accommodating, thoughtful entities...

Worst experience ever. No follow through, questionable loan practices. Can't recommend this credit union.

So today I went in to cash my check I got from my retirement and they would not cash it . They told me it was from Bank of America and to go there and cash it,or get a cashiers check and then they would cash it. Mind you I have been banking with them for over 25 years and would not cash a check from Merrill Lynch. Very poor customer service with a customer than had been the so long. I will be finding a new bank more than likely. I'm not that important to them. So I went Bank of America and they cashed it no problem and I don't even have an account there. They charged me $80.00 but that's ok since my own bank would not do it. Pretty sad.
