If you get a truck or anything from Uhaul definitely got to this location. I'm not a review guy or really someone who gives someone props. Bit definitely go to this location. They were great help, Glenn is a great guy and alot of help. You don't come across many people like him these days.
I give that guy the biggest props he helped us so much today for over a hr and helped us figuring out our RV. And he didn't have to. Awesome guy thanks for al your help Glenn. You are awesome I really appreciate it!!

This group of Uhaul employees are top notch. Thank you Megan and Vicki. They were awesome. Talked me through a freak out and guided me into the proper direction. The truck was the cleanest Uhaul I have ever rented and Alana was very helpful with making sure I got checked in at the correct keypad and lead me to my unit at Wapato. That place is huge!

These guys are the best, they made sure my trailer was nice and clean before I left and were really kind. Aybriem went above and beyond and even stayed to unhitch the trailer for me when the store had closed.

Absolute garbage service. Every time I go in this place there are new policies setup that the employees claim have "been going on for months". The funny thing is, I've been utilizing this location for the past 6 months and they weren't implemented before. Employees are disrespectful and claim to be the owners, yet when talking to corporate, said employee was outed as NOT the owner, and not even a manager, despite having a lanyard saying so. The only good thing was when a contract was broken, the guarantee fee was sent and processed in a timely manner. Despite charging cleaning fees, equipment is constantly left dirty, filled with literal dirt and debris; when employees were notified, they just shrugged their shoulders and trudged back into the office. Save yourself some hassle and don't do business with this location.

I have rented from U-Haul many times & I have NEVER had this level of customer service anywhere else. Vicky was absolutely AMAZING! Her personality is 1 in a million!
She got us in & out of there in no time with a 24 hr rental. Truck was super clean & the AC was working AMAZING in this 92degree weather.

As a black man, it's sometimes difficult to be treated with dignity and respect: U-Haul made me feel "special"! The 6402-6442 S Yakima Ave. Wapato Store w manager "Megan" represents The corporation with patience, kindness, courtesy, and professionalism.

When I received my 26ft van, there was horse poop all inside the floor and caked underneath the anti slip lip on the extendable loading ramp.
Before I could load any equipment in the vehicle it had to be washed out several times impeding my movement by 4 hours
Once’s the animal excrement was removed the vehicle functioned as expected
HOWEVER, UHAUL TRIED TO SCAM ME FOR GAS
AND I WAS OVERBILLED FOR THEIR MISTAKE
I took a photo of the instrument cluster on the dashboard with the fuel gage showing the appropriate level that was required in the contact .
This location is located in the ghetto and it’s ran like it’s located in the ghetto too

This whole building should have been kept a grocery store. Now this neighborhood has either Fred Meyer or Winco, and they don't really compete against each other too well.
