The agent that was there was very helpful and kind. I was 5 min early to pick up and was told that the truck had not arrived yet. I was not in a rush but other customers could have been upset. Perhaps as soon as the location is notified of a late return, the agent should contact the next renter curtesy. However, the mobile app allowed me to return the truck after the office was closed which is a plus when moving. I was satisfied with the customer service at this location.Just a side note when renting, they do *authorize the amount that was estimated ( days + estimated miles+ coverage) If the full estimated amount of miles and days are not used then you will see that reflected as a full charge and not pending.

A really great experience at this uhual. Had a very poor experience at a different location, but the employees working here were a perfect example of how it should be when renting a u hual!Very easy going, and friendly, i will definitely be back to this location for future needs!
