Was fairly an easy operation, except the technology needs improvement. I could not put the insurance on my contract until I arrived to pick up the truck.

Trash.
Charged my card an extra 150$ for apparently dropping off the trailer 4 days late. We scheduled for 6 days & had the tailer for those 6 days. Trailer was returned 1 hr before cutoff time.
Called today, was on hold for 12 minutes. Once someone answered I told them I was looking dor clarification on why I was double charged. He then put me on hold again without saying anything after what I explained. While on hold (for the 2nd time) I was sent to some automated line. So I hung up and called back...
No answer.
Ya I was annoying. I tried 5 times. NO ANSWER
so far, in this moment. They have taken an extra 150$ with zero explanation.

While renting a trailer I was involved in a accident which was uhauls fault. They said they were filing a report with their insurance, which they didn't. I call in to check on claim with Uhaul and they continued to lie to me saying it was reported and an agent would contact me. Never happened. A week later I found the # to the Uhaul insurance co and they said a claim was never filed. I filed one at that time. They are liars and have no interest in your well being.
