Trailer marker lights constantly needed to be watch to make sure they did not fall off during transit. Ratchets were rusty and hard to operate. I had to lubricate the ratchets myself to use it. The customer should not have to pay for rental (128.00) and then maintenance the trailer to properly uae it. There was dents al around the unit, to include on the licence plate which is severly damaged. There was rust around the brake actulator and system. Althogh operational, its my opinion that the trailer need to go through the manufacturer maintenance cycle as soon as possible. This causes me to question if ANY preventive maintenance is Actually done.

This location has done extremely good with customer service every time I’ve been there over the last seven years. I truly appreciate that. Also, even if there’s only one person working i’ve always been given the best customer service and that, especially during and after the recent pandemic is amazing. Thank you so very much.

Staff a U-Haul were professional, and personable. They gave me the confidence I need to drive a large 36 foot truck. Clean equipment is good working order. Rent from U-Haul and save money by doing it yourself.

Great Service . Quick and easy rentals of equipment. They have lots of moving accessories. The mattress cover I thought wouldn't be useful turned out to be a life saver!!

The hours barely allow access if you have a full-time job, so requesting a day off is almost necessary if you want to get anything done before the gates are locked. There's also a very large hole in the rear fence of the property that U-Haul is apparently aware of, yet nothing is being done about it, so your belongings may not exactly be as safe as you think. I would not recommend coming here for storage... You'll find a more secure facility elsewhere. I rated one star, but only because that was the lowest option. If you have complaints file them with the BBB as well. The office employees have no understanding of professionalism and if U-Haul cares about their image I'd clean house and replace each of them. I wouldn't even hire these people to work the grill at a fast-food joint. This is probably the best job these folks will *ever* be able to get, and that's really saying something about their skill sets.

Melanie D was who helped me. She was incredibly rude, rolled her eyes, quite literally talked over me, refused to even hear what I had to say, stomped out of the store when I asked to have a printed receipt, and refused to call the store manager when I asked to speak to one. Melanie ended up telling a coworker that I had asked to have the store manager called and it was the coworker who said to Melanie, "call Dylan (store manager)." If the service weren't bad enough, the truck I rented had a leak on the top side panel and all the furniture I put inside was water damaged; I was in no way compensated for this. I was charged for a dolly I did not receive and ended up having to call customer service who stated, "I can see you never received your refund, I will do that now," although this was what Melanie refused to listen to. The gas on the form was at 7/16 although when I got into the truck the gas was at 3/8 and when I spoke about this, Melanie D. ignored me, and I spent an unnecessary $20.00 extra on gas. This was the WORST experience I've ever had with any U-haul in the entire US. I've moved from the east to west coast and back using U-haul and have never had customer service this horrible, been overcharged, or had leaks in the truck. I wouldn't recommend using this u-haul as long as Melanie D is working here. Melanie is unable to remain professional, or correct issues for customers and at this point I'll be using Penske going forward.

This is the worst uhaul place to ever come too. Stay far away from this place. Go to any other uhaul but this one. The workers are ridiculous and the manager is not any better. I used to rent from them all the time until this last time they tried screwing me over big time. But that's ok wasting my time is wasting your own money. So see u in court. If I was able to give them a zero See u in court.

person at the counter was going to charge me two day rental fee and double the insurance fee because i showed up 1/2 hour early for pick up of trailer, instead of adjusting my my return time by 1/2 hour.

I'll tell everyone I know, to be away from this place. Once I rented a heavy-duty trailer after I left and drove 2 miles, I found no trailer attached to. Bad experience at all.

Charged me extra money on the insurance coverage multiple times. Their insurance price is highly variable now with little to no explanation guven (when it used to litteraly never be above $11) I watched as they charged one person $11 another $14 and me $20 then when I got an extension on my rental they charged me all of the regular fees again plus an extra $10 for coverage which I did not approve or need, especially considering I already paid 20 dollars for insurance. unprofessional staff were extremely slow, started talking on their phones while I waited standing there being the only person in line until another staff member came in from outside. I will not be returning to this business; it used to be very good with friendly swift staff, I rented from this place all the time for business

Charged me double the miles I drove and told me they won't fix it. Had to call corporate. Seems like the owner might be running a scam. Check your bank for extra charges.

Sarah was AMAZING!!! I had several issues with a different location, I finally went to this location and Everyone here went out of their way to get me on the road!!! Sarah went above and beyond for me! So thankful!!
