I use this company year round at work, called to ask what it would cost to rent a porta-potty for a party I am throwing at my house, was flatly and unceremoniously told "One thousand dollars", almost like screw off buddy. Last year I hired a company that I don't do monthly business with, I was treated nicely and they provided it for under 300 bucks. Thanks for the price gouging and snotty attitude. My advice, try another company, these people don't respect their loyal customers.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a unit for use at a construction site and have now had it onsite for one year. I was charged for hand sanitizer every month even though it was not changed out more than once every 4 months. I had called and complained and was told that I would get a credit back, but that never happened. The pump/clean service is every two weeks, they have missed two so far. Calling customer service is a complete waste of time, they promise to make things right and do not follow through.

Zero stars isn't an option, or thats what they'd receive. We scheduled a porta potty for a wedding that was supposed to be delivered Friday. Come Saturday, the day of the wedding, no porta potty had shown up. Instead of trying to do anything to remediate the situation, they told us "too bad". We spent 3 hours calling everyone, searching for a replacement with no luck. Use ANYONE else. WORST EVER.

Placed an order for 2 units to be delivered the day before an event called to verify about 5 times and I was never contacted back and they still haven't showed up after everything and I tried getting a refund but was told they couldn't do anything till Monday worst customer services.

Work on construction site. Service is set up for 2x weekly. Very seldom serviced for the 2x that are paid for. We buy our own toilet paper because we run out when not serviced. The same mud is on the interior walls that has been there for 6 months. They don't wipe anything down when they do show up. Honey bucket provides service and cleans them. Of course United can beat the price, if you dont actually service them, you can provide sani kans alot cheaper.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!I am only leaving 1 star because you can't leave negative stars, otherwise they would have max negative. Customer service is a joke, my company has been using them a long time and to take over a week to get a port a potty to a location is ridiculous. My company has over a dozen of their units in service at any given time, obviously they don't care about maintaining customers.

We ordered Portable Toilets from United Site Services, with weekly cleaning service. In the last 30 days they showed up twice. The Toilets are an essential element of a Construction Site, and need to be cleaned when scheduled. Other companies have local dispatch that you can reach easily, United Site Services has an 800 number with operators that offer zero help, and claim that they will pass your message on. Our Toilets are unusable due to the gross lack of service. We will be having another company delivering Portable Toilets tomorrow. I recommend staying clear of United Site Services.

Horrible experience! I could never get any further than a call center on the east coast, I'm in Tacoma, WA. They were quick to take my money...$150 worth, then did not show at the scheduled time.It took 7 days from payment to show up. When he did show up, the tech said he didn't have the right coupling to connect to my RV black tank, and drove away My information had been meticulously communicated to the 4 people I spoke to (which is how they operate).

I called in desperation needing a company to flush the black tank in my RV. I explained to the customer service rep, who is on the east coast, that I had a possible clog and needed it cleared. She (Jennifer)assured me that they would "go in" and flush it out. She also said she'd call me back with a service date and take payment at that time. She did call back and left a message. I returned the call, requested to speak with Jennifer and was told by Samuel that he could take care of it. I made the payment over the phone and confirmed the date that Jennifer had left in her message, which would be 4 days later. On the date, no one showed up and at noon, I gave them another call and spoke with Tiffany who seemed confused and couldn't find my scheduled service, but assured me that she would contact them and get someone out to do the service. I called again at 5pm and was told to give the tech "the benefit of the doubt" and that they often ran late. He never showed, that was on a Friday. Three days later on Monday, as they wouldn't come out on a weekend, I called again, nice customer service, but, still it was 6 days since they took my payment! At around noon the tech calls me from outside of my house and tells me he cannot connect to my RV, doesn't have the right coupling, and also states that they don't go in to clear clogs, which is basically all I requested. I call the "call center" or "dispatch" as the tech called it, to request my $150. refund. I explained everything to the rep, and was told that it had to be submitted for approval. She said she would call me back. Later that afternoon, about 3 hours later, I called again, as I had not heard from them, and again was told that it is in operations hands for "review" . The following morning, Tuesday, I still hadn't heard from them, so I called back. I actually got Courtney the same person I spoke to initially about my refund. I was upset, but kept my cool and Courtney apologized and said she didn't want to call too early, and that the refund had been approved and it would take a "couple" of days to show up in my bank. I will add to this review upon receipt of my refund. I cannot refer this company to anyone here in Tacoma, and I would definitely not use them. I am also an event planner that uses porta potties on occasion, they will NOT be my go to
