I own a firearms company and every time I send a package containing ammunition the package is ripped open, damaged (missing ammunition) or lost (currently 1k 9mm Handmade Rounds). I dropped the package off and tracking doesn't even say it left the building but is lost. UPS doesn't take it serious that ammunition was lost that can hurt people. The packages are wrapped 2 to 3 times to ensure that it is not easy to get into and they still find ways to rob me. I asked them to look into it as this is the 3rd time recently which is showing a pattern and I have not cashed the claim checks because they do not equal the value of the things lost and stolen. I will be seeing what legal avenues I can take as this is just horrible and the company UPS doesn't care.

I love that I can pay to ship something, and get charged 3 dollars for 3 strips of tape. UPS deserves to be losing the money they're losing. Crooked jokes.Your reply is also an insult- it took 3 strips of tape to secure a package being shipped through your "service establishment."Fortunately, I had an empty box in my car, or else I would have been further charged, likely 10 dollars for a brand new box, despite it being a literal shipping hub- yeah, I'm sure your major losses are pieces of tape going on boxes you've been paid already to ship out. But yes, force your "expert shippers" to charge someone 1.99 for 3 strips of lazily applied tape, and then add a paragraph of circumlocution and outright falsehoods to anyone who raises issue with that. I have already solved the issue, by keeping tape with me, and not going to such a miserly and shady seeming store for my shipping needs. It also isn't located on a main road giving it artificially inflated rent prices that I have no empathy for, especially when the result is tape at a dollar a piece, but the sale is "buy 2, get 1 free!"I wish I could lower my rating.

I went in to this location to drop off my cable equipment for return. There were two pieces of equipment. The manager said that the serial number on one of the pieces was no good and they couldn't take it. I went to my car and called the cable company. They looked up my account from one of the 3 different numbers on the piece of equipment and told me that there should be no reason why UPS wouldn't take it. I went back into the store with the cable company support member on the phone with me. She told me to ask the manager if she had tried all three sets of numbers. The manager said "no". The support member then asked "why not?" and the manager responded that she is only required to scan one of the numbers and it didn't work. The support member then asked them to try the other 2 numbers and how about that, my account came up. During the entire issue I never once heard an apology just excuses (for being lazy). One bad customer service issue is enough for me to not use this location ever again.

I'm 90% sure I'll use UPS again. I'd suggest you give a bigger discount on packaging because everyone else is cheaper. The staff at this location are friendly and fast. They do LOTS and LOTS of returns. They are SUPER FAST ?

Online the price that is given to me for shipping a phone second day air is $22 but when I walked into the store, they said it costs $90.70 to ship it from the store “prices online are always different than in-store” they said! Almost 4x$

I'm done! I wouldn't leave a bad review, except that I've had multiple bad experiences here. There is one employee I've encountered twice who is fabulous - helpful, pleasant, positive.There are two other employees that I've encountered regularly that are miserable, incompetent and one flat out called me a liar because I told her what the other one told me a few days prior. First I was told I had to "customer pack" my amazon returns (never had to do that before) and then this lady told me "that never happened" and ripped off the customer packaging because I was wrong and she kept repeating I was not told that.Yes lady, I took my 3 packages back home, found boxes, packaged them up and waited another week for an opening in my schedule to return these packages for kicks and giggles!I give people grace, we all have bad days, and I usually try to make them smile and help turn their day around. This person seems to only have bad days and a strong determination to make everyone else pay for it. I could list multiple visits and an issue or just plain unpleasantness every time. But nope, I'm just done.Shame on this store. I've been using UPS Stores for Amazon returns and business for years, this has been my first bad experience, and I kept giving them opportunities for a good experience, they're just a bad store!!!

I went in yesterday to get an item notarized. There were 2 employees in the store and no other customers. The gentleman at the counter said I couldn't get my item notarized because they don't do it after 5. He asked the lady vacuuming the back of the store and she apparently said they couldn't do it. I work in a retail business and I recognize very poor customer service when I see it. You have one employee holding the counter down and one vacuuming. You have an opportunity to make a sale and refuse to do so. That doesn't sound like a good way to maximize profit.

Ashley and the ladies here were fantastic when I had to ship some boxes back home to LA from my old storage unit. I was feeling stressed out after cleaning my storage unit all afternoon but they were so kind and helped me unpack my boxes into less shipments. Also, they didn't make me feel rushed even when they had a line of people. They helped me condense my shipments and made sure that I had enough air pack bubbles so that my glassware wouldn't break during transit. The UPS store staff here is very courteous, friendly and professional, especially Ashley. Thank you so much for your kindness and patience!!! I'll never forget it. Also, there' s Plato's closet next door if you decide not to keep some old clothes, you can just donate right next door- or take them to Goodwill which is only 2-5 minutes away by car.

The staff is always helpful with my mail and return services. I have been a long-time customer and really enjoy the smiling faces of the staff even when they have difficult customers and long lines during Christmas time. I also like the fact that they have notary services and don't require an appointment like they do at the bank. Email notification of all packages delivered and signed for is also a plus for me. Great staff and a joy to do business with. I would highly recommend!!

All of the employees are fantastic, I always get very professional service. They all handle my mail and deliveries with care and caution. This location is perfect for your business needs and making sure your business mail does not get stolen from your mail box

The employees are the best here I lost my mailbox key in a move recently and the ladies that work here always make me feel like I'm v.i.p when they see me walk in they remember me by name and they check my box for me without me having to ask or making me feel bad for losing my key they are personable and fast and demonstrate excellent customer service everytime! When I don't want to waste gas I can call and they have no issue checking my mail for me and letting me know if I need to come in or not. This is the best location for a p.o box and it's affordable also

Just had a bad experience with rude employees. Should've read the reviews before I went -just thought I'd let you all know, there are still rude people working at UPS on 38th. I hope corporate finds out you lock the door 5-10 minutes early...
