We have a mailbox here where we get lots of packages delivered. We just love the people who work here. Every single one of them is friendly, competent, efficient and helpful.

There's one employee that's been there for years (if I had to guess of asian decent) who is always unfriendly, annoyed and seems like she hates her job. I came with my package already taped because I thought it had to be-annoyed her. My phone was to dim to scan the QR codes-annoyed her. I wasn't quite sure which pants went with the shipping labels she printed-annoyed her. She was asking me questions which I was misunderstanding-annoyed her. From start to finish she was annoyed with me. Every time she has helped me she has acted this way and I was reminded of that today (been a while since I was last there). And after all of that she hands me the receipt and acted like she didn't just waste 10 minutes of my time all the while with a piss poor attitude. I was nothing but polite and courteous with her. It was completely unnecessary. I thanked her, shook my head and walked out. Ive never had a good experience with her, and I think she might even be a manager at this point and being that she still working there after all these years with the same attitude tells me that the uppers could care less. I would usually say something in these types of situations but I wasn't going to let someone's ugly ruin my day, instead I decided to write a review.

The nicest employees i have ever met! They went above and beyond! Shipping to Hawaii is expensive, but desiree made it a very easy and pleasant experience. Give this woman a raise she rocks.

The building I live in has problems with package thieves so I always have my Amazon packages sent to a locker to pick them up. Recently I made an Amazon purchase and was told my typical locker was full at the time and I couldnt have my package delivered there so I chose the next closest place, being here. My package showed on Amazon as being delivered, gave me a tracking number and a time stamp for delivery, as well as confirmation of the address it was delivered to. I show up to pick up my package and I'm told it's not in their system and I should check to see if University Place has it. So I call them, nothing on their end either but that's not their fault seeing as how it was not delivered to them. I've now contacted Pearl Street UPS a few times regarding my package and I still can't seem to get any help. I don't understand how a package store can lose a package, especially one that I'm assuming gets categorized differently than a non Amazon purchase. And then I was directed to an automated system for "customer support" that refused to let me talk to a representative when it had no idea what I was talking about. Can't help but feel like my package was yoinked ?♀️ I'll be sticking to the lockers from now on. Thanks for nothing package people

I've gone here at least 4 times in the past 2 months and it's always busy. But the two ladies that work here are always working their tails off. I've only had Bryanna that has helped me and boy does she work hard. I'm not into tipping culture but these girls, especially Bryanna need a tip jar. They are bouncing from one thing to another and this place gets busy fast. Great customer service. They do notary here too!! Great spot. Treat people right.

I would give zero stars if I could but don’t bother going here as they lie and charge you for 3 stays shipping and it took 6 days from the day we shipped it until the day it arrived. For a small package we paid over $90 when we could have paid less than half of that for the extended time it took. We explained all of this to the store and we only heard excuses.
