They don't accept cash deposits over $500 from a family member of the account holder! A bank that doesn't honor cash deposits is a useless bank to me!

I was a US Bank customer several years ago and had a great experience. Not sure why I left, but I recently have reopened my accounts with them at the Proctor branch in Tacoma. I had the pleasure of working with Jonzio, where do I begin. He was such a pleasure to work with. US Bank has been the only bank that made me feel like my business is appreciated, that I had a one on one person like Jonzio to come to if I need anything or have any questions. These days personal service like that is hard to find, especially in the banking sector. It is great to not have to call a 800 number and talk to a stranger about my money, there is someone committed to help in any way possible. I look forward to working with Jonzio in the future and definitely recommend US Bank to anyone who likes good service and their products are great as well. Something for everyone.

I want to thank Autumn from the Proctor Street branch of US Bank for her patient, friendly help with a problem that affected an automatic bill withdrawal. I was able to work with the right person to get the issue rectified within one hour of my initial call with Autumn.It's great to get that level of service for even small problems from a big corporation that still helps customers with that local banker attitude. I have been a US Bank customer for years, and I fully intend to continue banking with US Bank at the Proctor Street branch. Great job, and thanks again, Autumn!

banked there over 20 years. today a deposit was denied. mother inlaw in hospice. Husband has dpoa. his name was on the check as was hers, signed it as dpoa. rejected. took up the DPOA papers for them. told 'I dont care what the papers say'. 45 minutes on the phone with US bank? they were WRONG. it should have been deposited with NO issues given her circumstances ( in hospice dying) and that the dpoa clearly states that husband could legally deposit. us banks recommendations? go bank with another branch. Not the first issues we have had with them there. not informed, rude. another time we had fraud on a business acct. they actually did not know that their own fraud department can stop a pending charge! seriously? yeah, will be looking at sound credit union. never had any issues there.. becu comes highly recommend by others too.

Jodi and her team were very helpful and patient in a sticky situation involving a change in signers on a business account. It's clear from my interaction and follow up with them that they know their business and care about their customers.

I’m a US Bank Customer. Their pirate parking service still ticketed my vehicle. Don’t do business with these people. They’ll ticket you for being there.

I've been with us bank since may 15th 1998 I love us bank for 22 years I trust us bank the employees are so friendly I go to us bank on bridge port way west here in lakewood and go the us bank on proctor street I had to make copies of my state identification card and I asked the us bank employee if I needed to pay for my copies and they said no

Marlon Delerme, in the Business Banking dept is an absolute jewel. His customer service, professionalism and prompt response time proved to be invaluable during this unfortunate pandemic. He is both very knowledgeable and efficient in his endeavors and we will definitely enjoy working with him and others alike at US Bank.

The employees here are very rude. They will never allow my husband to deposit money into my account. He claims its because of his race....he feels as if they look at him like hes a criminal. When I arrive to then deposit the money with the same deposit slip he has tried to use theres never a problem. I can also deposit into his account with no issue. Theres no logical reasoning behind this. Time to find a new bank.

I do not have an account with them. I only cash out my college checks but the ladies who work there are excellent. They are very caring and customer service is the best. I anticipate going there every quarter.
