Worst bank for small business. Been dealing with “random” holds for over a Year now. When they told me it usually only happens the first few months as you deposit bigger amounts. I went in and the manager cleared up this issue with me last year in November and got my funds released immediately. Now dealing with the same issue with the same scenario and the lady on the phone said there is “nothing she can do” when in fact I spoke to corporate customer service earlier in the morning and said to go into the bank and the branch manager should be able to release my funds. I made it clear I can provide my invoices and the pay stubs I got with the check as it has majorly set me back with rent work truck payment and company expenses piling up on the first of the month. I’ve been with them a little over a year and have experienced 5-6 holds. Where as in my Wells Fargo I’ve only experienced 2 holds in a course of 7 years. The lady noted the hold might be due to me depositing after hours in the ATM and my account being in negative. It’s been negative due to clients delaying payments and now “MY BANK” placing a hold making it worst. Of course I deposited after hours to avoid any more overdraft fees and to get MY money sooner so the credit cards will stop calling due to non payment. Avoid headaches and setbacks. Us Bank does not support small business in anyway . Seems like I’m the one lending them my money all the time.

The people who assisted me were very kind, they helped me in a precise way with what I needed,
The lady at the window helped me a lot even though I don't speak the language, she showed a lot of interest in helping me and Armando (I saw his name in the window) even though he was busy, took an interest in helping me too.
All the staff at this branch are very friendly.

If I could give zero stars, for my review, I would. Vanessa A was the worst customer service rep I’ve ever encountered. Customer service is definitely not her strong suit. The manager Jason is in the same boat. I will be removing all of my accounts from USBank due to the dissatisfaction I’ve had with the banking staff at this particular location.

This is my least favorite US Branch. First off, I want people that handle my money to look professional. The staff here dress in T-shirt and jeans. It make me feel like I'm in a Goodwill. Secondly, the tellers can seem to not want to do much. If they can steer you towards using the us bank app, they will. This adds to the casual attire and gives the impression that they want to do as little as possible to assist.....

Beth the Client Relationship Consultant was amazing! Extraordinarily friendly and patient. Walked me through everything and made sure I completed all tasks to have my new account up and running ASAP.
Overall an amazing bank and this specific location truly embodies that.

Atm stole card for a solid 10 minutes and wouldn't give it back. The machine would not let me enter pin or hit exit.
