This post office is incredibly slow at getting anything out. I drop off my items right away with prepaid label and they haven’t even been scanned to be ship? Absolutely horrible service

The best USPS location! Had my 2 kids passport appointment here and we were helped by Tanay. She was pleasant and the passport application process was seamless. We were in and out of there in about 10mins tops for both kids.

It’s 8:30am on a weekday. I took time out of my workday to be at your post office. We are starting in your lobby for more than 10-minutes with no employees to assist. I can hear employees in the back but they are too busy. One came out to tell me to wait.

All this self serve crap shouldn’t be allowed at a post office. Renewing a passport or any service at a post office shouldn’t be this difficult and should be staffed with people wanting to help make things easier instead of referring us to going online. Ridiculous.

Inefficient shipping. Always have really long shipping times. One time had to wait 3 months for a package. Am about to have another package go that long. Customer support was nice.

Didn't actually do much here other than get information from the ladies working behind the counter that my disabled moms mail was at a different post office.. but they didn't make me wait in line, and let me ask questions from the end of the line without dismissing me. Thank you for saving me time.

FYI they only do walk in passport appointments on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 1-2 PM. Appointment only.

It is an ok location. My biggest gripe is the no signs saying it is a "service dogs only" facility, and I had been going to this location for MONTHS now, and this is the FIRST I'm hearing about this by what looked to be a newbie (aug 03, 2024). The ONLY reason I came to this location is because they allowed me to bring my dog inside (he has anxiety and will destroy himself and my apt). Now I can't go to the post office anymore. Technically, they can allow ESA (Emotional Support Animal) animals, which my dog is, but at their own decision. I don't mind if I can't bring my dog in, but don't tell me I can at first and then one day tell me I can't. Very opinionated enforcements. How am I supposed to know if I'm not told and THERE ARE NO SIGNS?
