Seems like nobody knows anything I was waiting on a very important piece of mail and the informed delivery said it was delivered but never got it but the other mail was delivered so now nobody knows where my mail is. Absolutely 0 help

We made an appointment for passport services and expected to have the photo taken there as described in the appointment process. We were told that their “photo machine was down”. We were told to go get a photo at a drug store and then bring it right back and they would staple it to the application. We did this and when we returned as instructed, that person had gone on a lunch break. (At 3:00pm). When we asked the other person at the counter to help, they had no idea how to staple the photo onto our application as the first employee did. Apparently that first employee is the only employee in the building who knows how to properly staple passport pictures onto the applications. When we asked when he would return to finish the job, he looked at us like we were aliens and had no idea. There were only 2 people at the counter in the first place. How do you not know when your coworker will return?! These people are clueless.

Because a neighbor's vehicle was parked near my mailbox, the mailman today thought it be okay to bypass my home and continue on with his route. I walked from my house and to his vehicle so I could get my mail. He acknowledged me and pulled into my driveway and gave me my mail and I mentioned that I couldn't help that cars blocked his way and that it had nothing to do with me so I shouldn't be penalized from getting my mail. He said he understood but, backed up and drove away without delivering it to my neighbor. This is why there is no respect for the postal service anymore!

They never deliver my packages on time. There is always a problem. Its been almost 3 years I've been dealing with this. This is the worst post office ive ever dealt with.

This is my favorite Post Office! I just love the atmosphere and people. I have become quite fond of Diane Barnes. She is always so positive and helpful! No matter how much stress, she never lets it show. I wish there were more people like her in this world. Such a ray of sunshine.

They don’t answer the phone. They don’t knock on your door when you have left specific instructions to do so. The lady I first encountered at this location scolded me for not getting in the right line so I moved to the line she directed me to. Then when I got to the counter the same lady told me I was in the wrong line.The next employee I talked to gave me massive attitude after I explained I had the address and name but not the tracking number due to my kid trying to be nice and gathering the trash for me and taking it out.I get that it’s busy this time of year, but I don’t think it’s nice to treat people like the scum when they approach you with a smile and a kind attitude.I also found out by overhearing another employee loudly state that no one was getting their breaks.Granted staff was rude, but I would be too if I was working without breaks. Management really needs to get their act in order.

Diane the supervisor was absolutely useless. Horrible attitude, Worst service I have ever received. Stood in line for Over 30 minutes she never called my name claims she did, Was unwilling to find a solution and turned a customer away. Would never recommend going to anybody, I’ve never seen such poor management by somebody as Diane.

I went to the post office to have my passport application processed. It was a smooth and easy experience. They didn't get 5 stars, because of this one issue. I had my only certified birth certificate and the staff member said he would make a copy and give me back the original. With all the stuff I had with me, I did not notice until I got home that I did not have my birth certificate.I've tried over an hour to get someone to answer the phone, they do not answer. Now I'll get to pay another fee to another agency to get another copy of my birth certificate..

Counter service is fine and clerks are generally efficient and friendly.New drive up mailbox is all wrong. The slot is recessed and too tall for cars. When I realized I couldn't reach, I couldn't open the door of my car to get out and put the letter in. When are they going to make this better?

Diane was very helpful in assisting us with applying for a passport. We came here twice for my Daughter’s and Husband’s passport. The process was very fast and no concerns.

Postal worker has all of 2 brain cells. Admitted to giving my package to a random person who happened to be standing near my mailbox, didn't check ID or anything (against protocol) and I have video evidence disproving her flimsy lie she gave. Tell me you have a GED or less without telling me you have a GED or less. ? L*****

How do you lose government mail being shipped through a government system. They can't find my son's ID and gave me a huge run around and still no answers. This post office is garbage.

Used the self service kiosk to buy postcard stamps on 7/8, and 7/9 postage went up. There were no fliers, no message warning that there’d be a rate hike. I returned Monday to buy 3 cent stamps to make up the difference, and they don’t even carry them. When I order online, the handling cost more than the stupid stamps.

Diane was super helpful when I was there for a passport appointment. It’s always a little stressful making sure you have everything together to mail in your passport properly so I really appreciated her help! She basically filled everything out for me so it was an easy process. Thank you Diane!!

Good customer service. The lines go pretty fast here. Diane was very helpful and she had good customer service. She is a joy to be around. I look forward to see her again.i like this post office.
