I don’t know about the customer service here, but the place is clean. Looks like it has everything like the normal USPS stores do. Parking can be difficult. Might be only street parking. Not sure if the parking lot adjacent to the store is for USPS parking and it has signs that unauthorized cars will be towed day and night. The hours are printed large on the door.

Not once in the many times that I’ve tried to patronize this establishment—during its supposed hours of operations—has it ever actually been open.

I have had the best experience with this post office. Tiffany is extremely professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and handles multiple customers with multiple packages quickly and smoothly. Going to the neighborhood post office is a pleasant experience.

Mail person put a pink slip in my mail box instead of bringing my certified mail to the door. I signed the pink slip and went online to schedule a second attempt. 3 days go by and no one picks up the slip. I for a complaint, and an told if I put the pink slip in my mailbox instead, then it will be picked up and the mail will be delivered. It's been almost two weeks and still no certified mail.
The mail was critical medical documents for my daughter.

Tiffany there is a MAGICAL post office person. She is quick, SUPER helpful, ultra efficient, endlessly patient, and exceedingly kind. I've never had an issue here just sending off overseas care packages here and there, nothing complicated; I know what I'M doing and she knows what SHE'S doing. Easy peasy. Everything at this location is clean and well stocked.

We've been using this post office for many years for our small business. We live very close to this post office. The older, asian woman at the desk has been nothing but rude to us. To the point of telling us we can't bring packages because we have too many (around 5-10). Told us to go to pine st. Nearly always get a lecture if we have no more than 2 packages. We are the type of high paying customers that keep a small post office afloat. I know that the union makes these people un-fireable, but I'm sick of being treated like trash. The younger, tall woman that works there is amazing and nice. I expect more from a public service funded by the people.

The door says you can access the post office boxes on Saturday as well as the USPS website but the building is closed. How are people who work Monday-Friday supposed to access their P.O Box?

Y'all need to update your printed open times on the entrance doors and start opening again on Saturdays.

The handicap door is broken and has been as long as I’ve lived in this neighborhood. I’ve brought this up to staff every time I come in and they all just say that it’s probably not going to get fixed. This is frustrating as half of the time I’m here there’s someone in a wheelchair, with a walker, stroller, or simply their arms are full of packages and they need help. Today I got stuck and no one helped me. This place sucks.

Mailman came into my business aggressively because we had a change of business hours and he can no longer drive and drop at the mailbox location because it's in our parking lot and we're now open the hours he usually comes. I had to ask him to leave because he was making customers uncomfortable with his aggressiveness. I've now had thousands of dollars of packages go missing. He's not even delivering mail on days that we're not open and he actually has access to drive and drop. He's withholding government mail. Stealing or throwing away packages. Amazon is doing an investigation because of the nature of how packages are going missing and I don't have any way to try to contact anybody about what's going on. This is personal discrimination against me and my business. There's nothing in the way of him delivering the mail except for a 5-ft walk now that there's cars parked in front of the mailbox. Turns out I can't have the mailbox screwed into the city street light pole so I have to fix the mailbox to my building anyhow. Which he still won't deliver to

I don’t know what’s going on with this office. I did a hold mail request and I’m still receiving my mail. They don’t get into my property to place the packages, just threw them over the fence and with these very rainy days the packages are soaking wet. I am not having a good experience with this USPS office.

Sunni Linhui is a discriminatory postal employee that will send ppl she doesn’t like to the back of the line when others get to package sign and wrap their boxes at the desk. No sense of urgency and no respect for the public tax payer. Also the manager Teya couldn’t figure out how to start a computer so she can actually help the line of ppl trying to deliver for the holidays. Lincoln district stays garbage. Nice to know something’s never change. PS they hate Veterans here. Only get service if your Asian or old white woman.
