The handicap door is broken and has been as long as I’ve lived in this neighborhood. I’ve brought this up to staff every time I come in and they all just say that it’s probably not going to get fixed. This is frustrating as half of the time I’m here there’s someone in a wheelchair, with a walker, stroller, or simply their arms are full of packages and they need help. Today I got stuck and no one helped me. This place sucks.

Mailman came into my business aggressively because we had a change of business hours and he can no longer drive and drop at the mailbox location because it's in our parking lot and we're now open the hours he usually comes. I had to ask him to leave because he was making customers uncomfortable with his aggressiveness. I've now had thousands of dollars of packages go missing. He's not even delivering mail on days that we're not open and he actually has access to drive and drop. He's withholding government mail. Stealing or throwing away packages. Amazon is doing an investigation because of the nature of how packages are going missing and I don't have any way to try to contact anybody about what's going on. This is personal discrimination against me and my business. There's nothing in the way of him delivering the mail except for a 5-ft walk now that there's cars parked in front of the mailbox. Turns out I can't have the mailbox screwed into the city street light pole so I have to fix the mailbox to my building anyhow. Which he still won't deliver to

I don’t know what’s going on with this office. I did a hold mail request and I’m still receiving my mail. They don’t get into my property to place the packages, just threw them over the fence and with these very rainy days the packages are soaking wet. I am not having a good experience with this USPS office.

Sunni Linhui is a discriminatory postal employee that will send ppl she doesn’t like to the back of the line when others get to package sign and wrap their boxes at the desk. No sense of urgency and no respect for the public tax payer. Also the manager Teya couldn’t figure out how to start a computer so she can actually help the line of ppl trying to deliver for the holidays. Lincoln district stays garbage. Nice to know something’s never change. PS they hate Veterans here. Only get service if your Asian or old white woman.

Normally I think USPS is pretty horrible when it comes to customer service and user friendliness, but the ladies working at this location are so kind, helpful, and efficient they deserve the credit. Kudos to you!

very rude staff. Paid for a 6 month P.O. Box because they refused to send mail to the house. They then refused to send mail to the P.O. Box after multiple forms and id checks. This isn’t a business refused to hold mail

They hangup on you and are extremely rude. Super disappointing that this is where our postal service is going given that they ask for our help keeping them in service every year...

Unless you want to wait an hour to mail something do not go here. And they only have 1 person working inside which is super unhelpful seeing how theres always 5 or 6 people waiting in line

During my recent visit to the location, I encountered a Korean lady with brown hair wearing glasses USPS employee who was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful when I sought her assistance. Despite my attempts to seek help, she appeared disinterested in my concerns and did not provide any helpful solutions. Moreover, she seemed to move very slowly in resolving issues, leading to long lines at the front door, causing inconvenience to the customers.I found this behavior extremely unacceptable, as customer service is an integral part of any business, and it is imperative that the staff at the USPS location treat customers with respect and provide prompt and efficient service.

Customer service was poor today. I was dismissed like I was a rodent. She (the counter clerk) insisted she was very busy and couldn't help me. I can't believe they pay these people above minimum wage. It used to be so much better.

My package was sent here & has "sat" there for five days according to the seller I ordered the package from. It's literally an el-cheapo dress but I guess that didn't deter the package thief. I filed a report already and an investigation has started. Funny thing, my boyfriend has ordered around seven packages over the last two days via amazon and none of them have gone missing, looks like I'll have to order through them from now on to avoid having things stolen.
