The parking lot is always full. People from the apartment next door park their car in the parking lot. And nothing is done about it. The people that work there are helpful. The parking problem needs to be addressed. Maybe tow away people cars that live in the apartment across the street.

This is hands down the best post office I’ve ever visited. The service is consistently excellent, and the staff is truly exceptional—always kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. Every customer is treated with dignity, and you can tell they take real pride in their work. Even when I'm across town, I go out of my way to come here because I know I’ll be treated well and my mail will be handled with care. Truly a standout location!

They sent it out a day later so it arrived a day late.

Efficient service- frosty cold attitude. Maybe it was a bad day? The service on A street downtown was stellar. Won’t go to this one anymore.

Worst mailman ever I seen. A white maleman ripped my mail, torn the mail with red pen and wrote, "this is not correct address!" on my mother's letter.
He had neither authority nor right to do that.
I will collect everything of his job and sue him and this agency.

Do not leave small packages in the prepaid shipping cart! I've had 3 separate small items disappear. They never get scanned and the post office can't locate them. I would NOT trust them with anything small.

One person at the counter. 9 people ahead of me and the person in front of me just walked out. Ridiculous, I'm handicap and you don't even have doors to accommodate handicap people. Worst service ever.

NIGHTMARE!!! PlEASE READ We live in Ruston area about a year and I never ever had any issues with USPS in my entire life. Our mailman who delivers mails from proctor location decides to hold our mails ILLEGALLY and NOT deliver. Remove our name from the mailbox and put vacant note out of a sudden (which they delivered our mails for us for about 8 months, and our names are registered in USPS website) and then he/she ripped our names and just left ripped name in the mailbox for us!!! Just awful people with no respect and dignity at all, whatsoever!I go to proctor location and speak with them and ask for manager, (this is 3rd time) lady who works there she goes back and comes back and then she goes "my manager is not here" or "my manager is on vacation" like what the heck?! Will your manager ever be available?! Because I want to know!!!We reported to hotline USPS and they do absolutely nothing!!!We have been grabbing our mails since day one. And why they still do this to us we still don't know. Our bills are delayed, everything is delayed, we can't even get hold OUR MAILS THAT COMES UNDER OUR NAMES!!! Well, good job Government post office! You have been absolute ridiculous!!! SHAME! ON! YOU!P.S - yelp needs to start making minus stars because this place absolutely deserves
