This place has been shut down for two months now and nobody should have to pay for it they say there's no power but the other buildings next door have power customer service is rude usps should pay for people bus fare and gas to have to travel

Only complaint is that the lunch hours aren't posted online and I don't visit often enough to have them memorized so that kind of sucks. They are closed 1-2pm.
I've been shipping out items through Mercari and this is the post office I always go to. Customer service hasn't been bad for me. (its always the same guy there). I go with my items boxed and labels printed so the transactions are always smooth. I haven't had a parcel declined either so my experience over the past few years has been just fine.

They have outdated PO boxes that require 3 letter combinations. Out of the many times i’ve went in needing assistance the systems were down and an employee from another office was there and couldnt help me, A homeless man was in there yelling and playing music, or they were unavailable right before the 1pm-2pm lunch break. I’d recommend any other post office in tacoma

Really dirty and run down, only one staff on duty, hours are awful, service was down when I came in trying to set up my PO Box. The clerk didn’t know how to answer my questions or help me with a form, said I had to wait for some other person to come in. Tried calling 8 times today to ask if their service is back up and they’ve been ignoring my phone calls. I think I’m going to file for a refund and go elsewhere.

every time i go and frank isnt there my heart breaks. but then it heals because it means he is resting. miss you when youre gone, frank! you hold this community together with your kindness.
one star off because i really wish this location was given literally any stamps. i went yesterday and there werent even any single stamps! i just wanna send a letter :(

Perhaps the most incompetent, lazy, and flat out horrible group of people ever. They will literally not deliver a package then lie and say they did forcing you to come pick it up. Do not use USPS for anything in this city. They have a standard to only hire people with IQs below 85.

It is supposed to be open until 4:30pm M-F. I have rarely seen it open in the afternoon.
