The United States Postal Service provided excellent service. The employee I interacted with was very nice, friendly, and professional. They went out of their way to be helpful, answering all my questions with patience and a smile. It made the whole experience quick and pleasant. I truly appreciate their kindness and dedication to customer service.

Saw Emma and Julia call the police on someone filming on federal property in public accessible areas…anyone surprised public workers don’t even understand their own policies or the law?! Clowns.

Went in today for a walk-in passport application around 9:40am staff was prompt to help me even with walk in hours being 10am-1pm everything was taken care of very fast and I was out by 10am.

Cancelled My Passport Appointment with Absolutely No Notice. So I Wasted Gas Driving Out To This Location When They Could Have Notified Me. And further more if you’re so short staffed you should be having Job Fairs more often. We know yall hire anybody based on the people we deal with when we come in to USPS.

Terrible. Weve waited on two separate occasions, for an appointment me and my family for our passports. The first time they said our appointment was canceled because “ too many people called out”. We drove all the way to this location without anybody calling us or emailing us the let us know our appointment was canceled. The second time which was today, they tell us “ theres not enough agents “. If this company Is aware they dont have the people or resources to help us obtain our passport why do they continue to accept appointments? Whats more annoying and inconvenient is that there is ZERO communication that your appointment has been canceled. Unproffessional.

This is the BEST post office I've ever been too. Ive sent out etsy orders, save the dates and wedding invites here simply because i feel so comfortable at this location. They're rarely busy, the people who work their are so kind and sweat and helpful, and tbh the vibe of old town hall is also just great.

I was so stressed out about walking in for my son and I passport but the beautiful ladies at the front desk gave me good advice on what time to show up and they made the process so easy! It is definitely a 10/10 for me. Thank you to the ladies in the front for servicing our community with such beautiful smiles! Thank you and Faafetai tele lava.

I don't understand what's so hard about doing the proper research and preperations before-hand for a passport application. This was my first time doing it and it was stress free.
Don't bother doing appointments, I had an appointment last year that got cancelled the morning of, just do the Thursday walk-ins from 10am-1pm.
I took the photos at walgreens the same day, got front/back photocopies of my birth certificate and ID. Had the application filled out online and printed, and bring your real birth cirtificate and ID as well.
I also got a money order for the base payment.
The wonderful ladies at the front desk gave me all the information I needed, and we're very surprised and happy I came prepared! They were wonderful and had great customer service.
Just be smart people, come prepared.

I made a passport appointment for today for myself and my husband. He took the day off of work. This morning, I received a call that the appointment was cancelled. We waited a month for this appointment and now have to wait another month to try to get in somewhere else. I had hoped the other reviews were wrong about this location. I would not recommend this service or location as it's unreliable.

After waiting a month for my son’s passport appointment, we were unable to use their services because they are not currently able to take passport photos (apparently due to a missing part). They said they would have notified me if I had clicked a button saying I needed photos. There was no such button!! And there’s no offer of a later appointment time. So now we have to wait another month for an appointment. Hoping for a better experience at another post office. And of course I’ll get photos ahead of time somewhere else.
