Worked from here today, baristas were hot and cold in how friendly they were. No pastries which was a bummer, but that's my bad for not checking. Coffee was good but the seating was really really uncomfortable, almost like they don't prefer people to be there long. Also, I saw someone mention it's not accessible, which is an even bigger bummer. I probably wouldn't come back here, as baristas are friendlier elsewhere for same quality, better comfort, and similar prices.

Dam it! I am hooked on the coffee! If a place knows how to roast they definitely have fantastic coffee! I grew up with coffee roasters and they won my heart! Valhalla Blend is so me! Very small but don’t miss this hidden gem! Hoodies are a must to buy!

All of the seating is bolted down, leaving no option for wheelchair users. If you use a chair or care about someone who does, stop by and ask them about their lacking approach to accessibility.

This is the best coffee in the area. They don't make tea, just coffee. They roast their own coffee, in shop, that you can buy by the bag, and they provide a great atmosphere.

One whiff as you walk in the door and you'll melt with anticipation of a deliciously prepared cup of coffee just the way you like it.

I was waffling between getting a latte or a mocha. After talking with the attendant she informed me that they have a vegan option for the chocolate. So I had the option of the non-vegan or the vegan. And after asking her how sweet was the mocha, letting her know I don't care for it being too sweet. She assured me it was a nice balanced sweetness. So I went with the 16oz vegan mocha with hemp milk. (Oh yes! extra points from me for having hemp milk ).The mocha was perfect. They don't offer any food. And I was informed that was because the owners want to focus solely on high quality coffee. And roasting coffee. However, your welcome to bring in food from home or from other shops. She said they have no problem with that. The atmosphere was very pleasant quiet and comfy. Seating is limited. Two or three tables and chairs along the wall. And a lower bar with several seats at the front window..The kind of place to come in solo or with a friend for a coffee and chat. Or to sit and read or do some studying. This place is a great find. If your in the neighborhood or near by and not sure where to go for delicious coffee or mochaValhalla Coffee Co. Is a perfect choice

Small, but excellent coffee shop. The coffee was made very well and had great flavor. A lot of people come in to buy the whole beans. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Small espresso place. Nice charm. People are friendly and knowledgeable. Espressos are great. Awesome hot chocolate. Don't sit near the door on cold days.

I was extremely excited to bring my adult son in this store today to show him the roaster and explain how wonderful I THOUGHT this small company was...until I was treated horribly by an employee the moment I stepped in today. What a horrible experience right from the moment I stepped in. I was so positive to the employee and explained my excitement and all she could do was tell me to leave the store immediately with my dog. I explained to her it was a service animal and it clearly had a vest on..she proceeded to say they had reasonable accommodation OUTSIDE on the bench. This was horrible customer service and not honouring a person service under ADA. She didn't say hello, welcome or smile or even allow me to place a coffee order.I will be placing a complaint to ADA and I am extremely disappointed with this business today. I will now NEVER buy or refer anyone to this business, as they do not support people with disabilities and/or train their employees how to respectfully talk to customers in general.

I generally rotate between Valhalla, Bluebeard, and Olympia for my beans and espresso, however I have to say Valhalla is the best. Better price point on beans and espresso. The only thing is that they don't have any food, even pastries. Service is great with knowledgeable and friendly staff and it smells so good on roast day. Their Ethiopian Harrar is my go-to for when I make pourover at home.
