Dirty. Rude! Whoever it was that tired to do my nails had no idea what they were doing. By far the Worst place I have ever been to. So bad in fact, I left after almost 2 hours of them working on my nails. And I didn’t even left them finish. I told them I would be getting them fixed somewhere else because she clearly had not idea what she was doing. I had acrylic all over my skin. Nails were fat and Poorly shaped. All different length. I went somewhere else to get them fixed at they were shocked at how poorly they were done. DO NOT go here!!!

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but i only had to pay $30 for acrylic really good price nowadays!! Loved the turn out little messy painting job but I don’t mind it’s still very good.
Love this place.

This place is not sanitary. Every single pedicure station was revolting. I got nauseous after seeing a used bandaid on the ground. Do not go there if you would like to avoid foot fungus.I am so less than satisfied with my experience, I’m going to file a complaint on their business with the Washington State Department of Licensing.They were rude and there is no way that shop is up to code.

Do NOT waste your money here! This place is disgusting. The Occupational and Safety Health Administration needs to inspect. They were using a pedicure station as a literal dust pan. I saw a used bandaid on the ground. I requested a pedicure and Vana just painted my nails. She missed a huge chunk of my nail and the paint job looks horrible. Then left me out to air dry (no UV lights, no fan, just the air drying my nails)…. I noticed they didn’t wash their hands before helping the next customer after me nor were they wearing gloves. Charged me the price of a pedicure for a paint… Dirty place, horrible quality of service.

been here once, wouldn't recommend The customer service at this place was far less than exceptional. The owner gave me a paint although I wanted a pedicure. Claiming she was busy, there was no one in the shop. Just my friend, one other customer and another Nail Tech. She left me out to air dry, didn't offer me sandals nor did she point me in the direction of any drying station. The pedicure seats were disgusting. Old water sitting in nearly all of them and the seat closet to my friend legitimately looked like it was being used for a dust pan. Assuming because I complained, I was asked if I wanted to go outside before my nails even dried. Mentioning the wet paint, I was met with heavy glares and literal insults. 0/10 would not recommend.

If I could I would give zero stars!!!Do not go here save your money do not waste your time you will not get good service and if they mess up they'll just make you pay for it tons of hidden fees definitely not worth it they used to be I used to like them I used to highly recommend them but now I'd say run, every time that the guy, (Vanas brother) does nails (not just mine but have seen and heard from 4 other woman) they break and/or the nail polish peels, he also can't see colors welI or do most designs. I told the woman (Vana) who is in charge and even showed pictures and all she did was shrug and charged full price to do a new paint job even though she did part of the previous job herself, she didn't even attempt to make things right, and for a set costing $85 that was a Christmas set I would expect it to last longer than 2 days!!! Then I had a set done after that to try giving them another chance and fixing it but I had to come back after a day because four of my nails broke literally the day after and she charged me for getting my nails repainted even though she told me that she couldn't paint my nails the way that I had them painted before on the nail that she had to fix because she didn't do designs so I could either have mismatched nails or have to pay to get a brand new color on my nails which I was told would be $20 and was charged $35 after she ran my card. I left voicemails and called for 3 days with no call back or response and when I went to talk in person as soon as I was able she told me thereust be something wrong with the phone but didn't do anything in my opinion to make things right.They do not wash hands between people or wear gloves, they don't clean stations between people either, as a matter of fact even after I told the male several times that someone else had left a used bandaid on my side of the station it stayed until the next customer asked for a tissue and took care of it herself. They also have given 3 people who have been long time loyal customers fungus which also said will not be returning as well. They don't ever do a breakdown of the cost, they just give a random number and don't tell you till the job is done or you ask and even then they have given a different number when done. They tell you a fill is $20.00 but if you get gel that's another $10 and then any design they start at $5 a nail even for something basic like a tiny heart or a shamrock. I also have had to tell them to go over their paint job because they missed huge chunks of area and same with the acrylic. I am extremely disappointed as I thought I had found my new nail place but there is no consistency or concideration for the customer, even loyal ones. I would not recommend unless your looking to get poor quality and a high price, even though it's not what's advertised it doesn't say that it's $20 only for regular polish and it's additional $10 for gel it just says a fill is $20 and a set is $30 so basically they cost the same if not more than everywhere else after the additional hidden fees.They do not list the prices of anything else either which leaves it open for them to charge whatever they choose..save your time and money go somewhere else

I wish more people would leave reviews. It would have saved me a trip. This was probably the worst pedicure I've ever received in my 44 years of life. My feet looked better BEFORE the pedicure. Never again!

First time using this salon. I sat at a man's station, which was absolutely filthy. Almost got up and walked then. But, I stayed and the man did not speak or make eye contact. He was a little rough but I dealt with it. He put the polish on and it was an OK job but after getting home, I saw all kinds of polish smears on the pads and sides of my fingers plus lots of snags on the sides of the nails. Vana put the design on my ring finger, but they were stick ons. I'm used to having the person do a free hand design on them. Well, sorry, but I won't coming back.
