I don’t leave reviews often, but when something needs to be said, it needs to be said. I can’t express enough how awesome this place is. Every single person I’ve had any interaction with has been outstanding. Dr. Long is the best vet I’ve ever taken an animal to and shows genuine care for my dog. Everyone else working there is also very genuine, caring, and makes the whole experience much easier for my little guy. I would highly recommend this place.

We had our dogs and cat in today to have a host of shots and tests done. The doc, Shelly Long, was amazing. Very knowledgeable, very caring, and took the time to address our concerns and the pets all loved her. Been coming here for years, and will continue to do so. Great service guys!

Dr. Christensen was amazing! She did everything she could to get our pup walking again after another Vet. Hospital botched his neuter. Now he is running around like he did before! Thank you to all the staff at VCA that were so great to work with.

My family is a new client here. We had to euthanize our elderly dog. They provided such loving care to our boy, Mick, and to our family. Thank you so much!

I love dr jagger,so kind with compassion. My dog saw dr long,it was OK until l told her l wanted to buy ear antibiotics online. She got passive aggressive with me then wanted a follow-up with my dog in 2 weeks l said we will be going with dr jaggar she had an attitude and slammed the phone in my ear without say goodbye.$107 is to much for an exam

We have been coming to parkway since they opened in the 90'sOh how they have gone downhill.First I'm convinced they upsell EVERY SINGLE THING.Allegedly my dog had some sort of infection in the ear.We cannot find anything nor is she acting in pain. But yet we have paid for a cream. Then a few days after our cat was vaccinated, he started having issues that appear to be a bladder infection.Yet we can't get back into the vet for 2 weeks!!WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING A VET IF YOU CANT GET IN TO SEE THEM WHEN SOMETHING IS WRONG???It blows my mind that we cannot get services in any sort of emergency capacity.Needless to say, we will be searching for a new vet!

My dog was due for his annual wellness visit in June but I couldn't get an appointment until July 21st a six week wait. In the meantime he ran out of his Trazadone 11 days before the appointment and the doctor refused to allow the pharmacy to fill the medication. Last year when the same thing happened I brought him to their urgent care and they hosed me and my wallet for the cost of the visit and a month of Trazadone. I spent about $300 for a $13.00 prescription.

We were in awe of how caring they are from the time you walk in, till the time you walk out. Bright, smiley faces bring warmth to human and animal hearts alike. They are clean, effective appointment timing and the vet is exceptional.

They really care about the furbabies here and their groomer Kilan is awesome with our pups! My dogs aren't anxious coming here like they are everywhere else

I have been taking both of my cats here since they were kittens. I don't think they really like cats. My female is so terrified that they have to sedate her. They won't let me in the room with either of them when they do their exams. My male was fine when he was younger. Now he is terrified also. I have to listen to him yowl during his exams. I don't know if they are rough with them or what. (Again, I am not allowed in the room with them). I feel like this is 90% of the problem). I don't like how they interact with the pets or their owners. There is no compassion. I have therefore decided to find another veterinarian!

Words can not express how amazing the staff are, these people are absolute angels. I took my cat in expecting to have to euthanize him due to a GI blockage and they performed life saving surgery last minute that was successful and ultimately saved his life. I genuinely do not know what I would have done if I hadn't brought him here, they were all so kind and caring and helpful and they saved my babies life. I will forever be grateful for everything they have done for me and my fur baby and I will continue to take my cat here for anything he needs. If I could give a million stars I would! Please, if you are in need of any sort of veterinary care come here, you will NOT be disappointed! I cannot say it enough but these people are angels in scrubs, I will make sure that you guys are recognized for all that you do

I can't describe how above-and-beyond these people have gone for me so many times. They've worked with me and gone the extra mile, and no matter what I brought them they met me with care and compassion. Everyone from the front desk to the vet were considerate, sweet, and cheerful.

Don't both leaving a message they won't call you back! I left a message waited almost an hour decided to go there and they were completely empty just the staff chit-chating. And then turned us away cause they say they don't do walk-ins. They need to get some employees that will actually do there job! Must be nice to sit around and do nothing and get paid for it!

Charged $500.00 today to have dogs ear cleaned and sent home with a steroid. This place clearly takes advantage of weekends having most vet clinics closed. This procedure should have cost $150.00
