I am a repeat customer at the photo center in Walgreens. I just had my first baby, so many pictures, I'm in picking up pictures at least every other week. On the 24th of February I put in a large order of about 141 pictures because I was having a family get together and wanted to gift everyone a baby picture bundle. When I picked up my pictures this time there was over half of them that were blurry and about 25 that had half my baby's face cut off. With no time to do anything about this, I had to get home and greet all my family and gift them disappointing pictures. I put in another small order to pick up the next day, hoping I could get better images and mail the pictures to those whom received half of my baby's face. When I went in to pick up the pictures I mentioned how terrible the ones from the day before were. I wasn't shown any apologetic want to make this issue better, I was told that I could get a refund if I brought back in all of the pictures, because I only had about 20 to show the manager and employee helping me. I explained that my family has the photos because it was supposed to be a gift to all of them. So the manager then started counting what I had 21 pictures, and said he could only refund what I brought in. So I said I would bring back as many more as I could I guess if that's all he could do. He handed me back my pictures and then rang me up and I paid full price for my replacement pictures I had ordered. I feel like this situation should have been handled with more compassion for my problem and a better solution, rather than me having to make another trip and rally pictures and spend more money out of my pocket. I was completely unsatisfied and felt like my business wasn't important, so I will no longer be a customer at the photo center at Walgreens. I will also be leaving a yelp review and telling anyone I know how rude and unkind and unprofessional and sloppy Walgreens photo center is. I've spent way too much money to have such an important event be ruined and for the manager to simply treat me that way.

The most deplorable, rude un professional place I've ever been. The pharmacy staff has to go! Beyond rude. Unexplainable the scale of lack of care I've ever seen in my whole life. I'd rather DIE than ever fill my scripts there again. I just don't understand how they can get away with it. There's no possible way that they don't treat other customers the same. It's horrible

piece of crap* place. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND JUST DONT GO HERE. Literally the worst experience i've had with any place. they made me drive back and forth from two Walgreens just to tell me they didn't have it.

Avoid this pharmacy!!!!!!! Prescriptions are never ready when they say, wait in line from 5 - 20 + minutes to find out prescriptions isn't ready. My advice, go somewhere else!!!!!!!

THESE PHARMACIST ARE IDIOTS AND DONT GIVE A F*** ABOUT ANYONE. HOW THE F*** DOES IT TAKE 32 hours to fill a prescription. I GET THERE ON TIME AND THEY SAID 10 more minutes when in 10 minutes THE PHARMACY IS CLOSING. The guy see me and just shuts off the lights. LIKR OKAY F*** MY HEART CONDITION THAT I JUST GOT Diagnosed and need my medicine to not feel like my heart is going to burst out of my chest. Instead of filling prescriptions I bet they're just getting high all day because It should not take almost 2 days to get your prescription filled.

If you have 4-5 hours to wait for a prescription, this is the place for you. It always takes twice as long to fill my Rx than what they estimate, they never have our insurance info correct in the system, although it's been the same every time I come. Dropped off Rx at noon today. Was told it would be ready at 2:00. Hadn't heard back via text by 4:00, so called, sat on hold for an hour an was hung up on. Came into store, stood in line for 30 minutes, was told prescriptions were still not ready. Went out to car and they sent a text saying the Rx was ready for pick up. So, I'm standing in line again to pick them up (20 minutes so far).

30 min wait in the drive thru lane at the window. 3 representatives passed the window and no one acknowledged I was at the window. As I'm looking thru the window, there is also a line inside. They've been pulling up people who came after I pulled up to the window. No kind of urgency and this Walgreens sucks!! Especially your unfriendly workers

Over the course of 3 days I have waited for over an hour to pick up one prescription. I ran out of time and had to leave all 3 times without my new medicine. if you are that short handed maybe you need to hire some more help. I know at my work we would not be allowed to give such poor customer service. I always hear the IC3 announcement over the intercom for the front register but it is ok for 5-6 people to be waiting at the pharmacy counter with 2-3 cars out in the drive thru. for a place that calls itself a pharmacy one would think they would give a little bit better customer service to their pharmacy customers. I will be looking for a new pharmacy.

Pharmacy tech with the short blonde hair was giving me attitude when all I kindly said was I was there to pick up meds that was sent by my provider at 535pm since initially one of the other staff said they haven't received it. She then stated \\\"Well you're gonna have to wait 45mins because I'm going home\\\" lady didn't even make eye contact with me the whole time.

Every time I brave a trip out to this establishment, I feel unsafe. Homeless people walking around the parking lot and across the street they sit in front of the bank. The cashiers are incredibly rude and not willing to help you for assistance. But when you're looking for something you need, they follow you around as if you're a thief, not saying anything just looking at you. I don't feel welcome here.

Shopped here for over Ten years.Rx filled from time to time as well.Even photo dept.Management, staff & pharmacyhave given good customer service.(Less quality employees seemed to fade out.)Management Always very helpfulwhen I’ve needed clarification & solutions.(Price / item / location of goods)If inventory was out they helpedbest they can.I’ve gone to other Walgreens and returned to this one time and again,for friendly staff and reliable consistent help.Thank you all over all these years,helping our family needs be met.
