Bizzare and dehumanizing experience trying to buy cosmetics. Won't be returning. Poor selection as well.

I must like to punish myself coming here. The cashiers are wonderful but the managers are slow and apathetic. They are consistently out of various liquors and so nothing to order up or keep shelves stocked. If you know it sells quick order two cases, not really a hard thing!

Won’t tell me if they have stock of a medication that’s on national back order when every other pharmacy, including all other Walgreens locations, will. Absolutely ridiculous to treat people this way when they need their medications to live.

The drive up window is a very nice feature except for the germ covered telephone handset that you have to use. This is a very unhealthy system for a health product company, thus 2 stars

No passport pictures available at this location, their system is habitually down. I'm not surprised, this is the 4th Walgreens we've been to and they haven't been able to do this. I've gotten passport photos at Walgreens in Colorado and Texas, never had a problem. For some reason Washington seems unable to provide this service. I really can't understand it, but don't go to this (or anything other) Walgreens for passport photos.

This location scheduled me for a COVID test (drive-up) 4 days out. This was the earliest available. I received e-mails warning me that I would lose my appointment if I didn't arrive 5 minutes early because the location is so busy. Upon arrival, and without notice, there was a printed sign on the window that the drive up services are closed due to snow. Just as they requested notice from me if I needed to cancel my appointment, I would have appreciated notice from them cancelling my appointment day-of. On another note, is 1" of snow really worth closing medical services for our community? Management could come in and type up and print a sign about the snow but not call, text, or email me about cancelling my appointment.

Took 3 calls from the casheir to have someone help me in the photo area, then I proceeded to the Pharmacy to my booster shot appt. and was told they wouldn't do it because I was 2 days early - really? It should not have allowed me to schedule online if it was a problem, now I don't have the 3 day weekend to get over any side effects. Pretty disappointing, not to mention a waste of time.

My spouse got her Covid 19 booster shot in less than 30 minutes. Scheduled appointment, showed up on time and waited the allotted time post shot.

I came to this Walgreens because they had something in stock that I needed. I've been doing curbside pick ups lately, but this was a first for this location. I let them know on the app that I was 5 minutes away. When I pulled into park, I let them know I was there. It's normally a few minutes to no more than 5 minutes in my experience, but this was more than 10 minutes. I sat in my car thinking that they were super busy since I saw a lot of folks leaving and entering the store. After 10 mins, I decided to just go inside to and get my items. Right before I get to the doors, a gal walks out with a paper bag and the curbside device. I asked her if it was for curbside for a car my make and model. She was all types of flustered and walked away. A previous time I came to this store was because it was on the way and I needed to grab something quick before going home. The store had what I needed, and check out was a breeze. The young gentleman who assisted was polite and helpful. The outside of the store can be bright with a vast parking lot, but, there is a lot of trash around. There are also random questionable people that just sit in front of the store. Overall, I think the store has plenty to offer, but lack of customer service on some ends. There just isn't a good flow. Everything just seems out of function. Hopefully they can get their vibe going.

If there was 0 stars that's what they should get. The worst nothing on the shelves the pharmacy closes entirely for a food break? So had to sit in the car 30 minutes because there too stupid to overlap schedules and they close at 6 so if you go to the hospital and need your prescriptions filled after 6 skip walgreens I predict they will close next year.

To be an employee of this Walgreens you do not have to be very smart. They didn't know what a split tender was, and they told me that I must choose from my end as the customer. And I tiried to explain that this is not how split tenders work. They told me that it's never been like that, and I was wrong. I can't split two debit cards for the transaction, only a card and cash. If you have ever worked in retail, you should know this is incorrect. I am very unhappy with the employees and management of this store. They were rude and unkind. I will not be going here again. The staff of this establishment are not customer service oriented.
