I recently visited this Walgreen and I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The employees seemed unprofessional and lacked the necessary training to assist customers effectively. It would be beneficial for them to undergo further training to improve their customer service skills. I hope the store management addresses these issues promptly for a better shopping experience in the future.

Staff had 3 hours to prepare a prescription. When I showed up I waited 20 min to get to see a pharmacist who said they were behind and to come back in 10 minutes. The line was 8 cars deep by then so long story short it took close to an hour waiting to pick up a prescription. That should have been waiting and desperately needed.

Only messed up with the insurance but they were happy to fix it and make it right super friendly staff and they fill my prescriptions fairly quickly!

Well, looking for some 8x10 surgical pads, Walgreens brand, found it on the app, stating 2 in stock, ready in 30 min for pick up, but I need it earlier. Had a surgery, I need to change my pad. Didn't find it in the back shelf, instead I picked some 5x9 surgical pads, a little small for my wound, but I though I will use 2. 11.99$ per box, picked 2, hoping they will match the special buy one get 50% Off second. Arrived at the counter, great staff, but she needs to follow chain of command for applying that discount, check with the manager, answer is no. All good, I am in pain and in need, purchase both. End result, going to pickup one product on sale, stock available online, ending with a less product, full price. Will do the work, but not my budget. And your brand should protect it, because I can move my business to cvs, or ride aid, or Amazon. I give 5 stars because of the cashier and security staff positive attitude. Store was clean, shelf's well arranged and fridges were stocked. Also, I take in consideration in my 5 stars review, the location (a little rough patch of the city, getting better tho').

Do not trust them. They closed for almost 4 days without any warning. I had important medication that couldn't be filled anywhere else because it was considered controlled. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and also problems with my health. I can't even imagine if someone needed pain medication or life saving meds. This is a complete disaster. Please find a pharmacy who cares about their customers.

Service is terrible. Came to pick up my pictures and not one person could help me properly. No one was even working everyone was just leaning over the counters on their phones. Photos I ordered weren't done and they were RUDE and unprofessional. Long story short, I'll never return to this location. -5 stars

Ok so I know there are alot of bad reviews for this location and I get it. But most people don't realize or think about how incredibly hard it is for them to hire decent people. They can only do so much when nobody wants to work there.I go regularly to both the store and the pharmacy,are the perfect ? Nope but they sure as heck beat the awful and horribly rude people at Bartells on 6th and Union,you want unprofessional and horrendous customer service,then go there.

I recently moved to Tacoma and was super excited to have a pharmacy close to my house. I ve been very disappointed in the service by this pharmacy. The staff is friendly, but they are ALWAYS understaffed and when the patient portal forces you to call the pharmacy for questions, I can never get through! Average wait time to get through has been average of 20 minutes. I had to resort to calling my doctor's office to help me.

Sadly so neglected by regional management. Employees seem to be good but structurally this store cannot keep it it together. Frustrating. Expect more from this corporation.

Terrible. Since when does a Walgreens not sell cigarettes? Yet they still had swisher sweets and other cigars. I bought milk, some cereal and salad dressing and they didn't have a bag big enough for me to put everything in. The cashier, Lemon, was very kind and apologize, but that is just ridiculous.

Is it just me or is every Walgreens in the State of Washington understaffed?! Came to get my "free" COVID rapid tests that Walgreens advertises. Was told by staff that pharmacist had to review and it would be 10-15 minutes later. 20 minutes later now and no activity from pharmacist or staff. This is why people are buying the "free" tests on Amazon. I thought this site would be better than the hot mess at 6th and Stevens but it's equally disorganized. Hard to believe this is a multi-billion dollar company.

I was really disappointed with my experience! To get yelled by the scolded by the pharmacist! Sharon who is the pharmacist, yelled my name out, I walked to the window to meet her and then she goes, “Do you know why you were late for your appointment?! I was actually gonna turn you away! Next time be on time!” My boyfriend comes to the window as well, and i noticed her facial expression changed. Oh Sharon had gotten the hots for my man! Suddenly her mood changed! No professionalism what so ever!

BEWARE! I've been going here for years. Let me tell you about my most reset visit. It starts waiting in line for over 30 minutes, just to get to the window to be told they still haven't ordered your medication from a prescription sent in 2.5 weeks ago. Oh, did I mention it was my third attempt to pick up said medication? Each attempt played out exactly the same. This location used to be good but it fell apart years ago. This is not a one off thing either. It is consistent every month. Unfortunately I have to visit them that often. In the past few months I was on hold for 40 minutes just to be hung up on. Good thing I had drove from my job while being on hold. Guess what they told me when I got there. What they always do. We don't have it, come back tomorrow. 75% of the time the staff is very rude. What do people do when they need medication to keep them alive? They can't wait weeks for a fill. This place is INFURIATING! I know there is a shortage of pharmacist so I stuck it out as long as I could but after yesterdays visit, I'll never be going back. I suggest you all heed the warnings. You'd get your medication faster if you built a chem lab in you garage and formulated the meds yourself.
