As a prescribing physician and as a patient filling simple non controlled medications I can say I am underwhelmed.

The pharmacist on the phone is such a joy to talk to. The pharmacists in-store are pleasant and very helpful as well.

My husband had his prescription sent here. He was told on the automated service it wouldn't be until 2:30pm to get filled. It was sent at 11:30am. 2:30 came and went and when he called they said they don't take our insurance. They do, we checked. Very rude and waste of time to not call!!!

I went out of my way to get my covid booster at this Walgreen's last night because they were listed on the "Bridge access Program" which offers free shots to people without insurance. I had my appointment scheduled ahead of time and was running a bit late but that didn't matter. When I got to the pharmacy counter and they found out I didn't have insurance, one of the pharmacists said "Tell her that'll be $180!" I said "It's supposed to be free." Then I waited for about 10-15 minutes while they "helped" other customers (by shouting out the name of one of their prescriptions, and telling another lady her prescription would cost $300 when it was supposed to cost far less, then telling her it'd take about an hour to resolve the issue!) When the pharmacist finally got back to me, he told me they couldn't give me the vaccine because my records said I already got it 56 days ago. I told them no, that was a FLU shot (I don't know what records they had). He asked me to give proof of the last shot I got but I didn't have that on me and by that time I was feeling pretty uncomfortable about getting a shot at that pharmacy anyway. So I told them I'd get the shot elsewhere and left. I do not recommend this pharmacy for prescriptions or vaccines!

Really slow, service is sometimes nonexistent. The automated phone system sucks, even by normal standards, and it frequently hangs up on you. They do fill prescriptions and don’t seem to screw that up much.Update: Same day delivery apparently doesn't mean on the weekends. Wish I had been told that. I tried a Saturday delivery and it didn't mention anything about no deliveries on weekends. I could have just ordered it online and picked it up later, now I have to wait until Monday.Dropping my rating from 2 to 1 star. I think it's time to move on to another pharmacy.

This store is seriously under staffed. Service is slow and the phone wait times are horrible and while in the store no one is on the phone

Not a fan of the pharmacy, have had some less than pleasant experiences with them... That being said, Danielle works in the retail portion and is absolutely amazing! Always is smiling and willing to help. They're lucky to have her!

Every time I’m in the drive through it takes at least 20 minutes. Assuming they are short staffed I keep coming back. I will transfer my prescriptions next time.

Moving all seven of my prescriptions to Bartel's... Customer service is non existent at Walgreens. You shouldn't have to beg for your prescriptions to filled.

The gal working Saturdays in the pharmacy is a piece of work (name begins with "J"). On Saturday last she stopped helping people in line to take phone calls, then was noisily argumentative with the callers. After her unpleasant experiences on the phone, she would then return to the in-person customer, unnecessarily recounting the recent phone call while ignoring the needs of everyone around her. She wasn't shy about blaming her shortcomings on pandemic situation - if it was 2019, she would still be an awful employee. Also, whatever time you are given for a vaccine appointment, you won't receive the shot for at least 45 minutes, if your experience is like mine. And the pharmacist herself is a crab. Avoid this pharmacy.

Typical Walgreens. But not common finding a nice cashier. Kudos to the manager for finding a good one.
