Absolutely ridiculous store, choose another Walgreens if you are going to use them. Have been ordering photos for years, paying for them ahead of time online and apparently showing them their own app saying my order is purchased isn’t proof enough. Double charged for my photo order and refused to give me my photos even though they were paid for. Ended up paying double for my order because I needed them. The supervisor or whoever he was is a complete joke. Will no longer be using this store. The cashier that originally helped me was very kind. If I were here I’d find a new job.

The pharmacy here is the worst I’ve dealt with out of many within multiple states.
The drive thru takes 10 minutes a car. It’s as if they don’t have ppl pull around to wait for their prescription but instead allow them to sit at the window. This has happened each time I’ve came here. I thought maybe they were just super busy inside but NOPE, that wasn’t the issue either. These ppl are unorganized and obviously can’t manage scheduling for this place. I’ve been sitting here 34 minutes this time and we’ve only had two cars get through. These ppl need fired and replaced with competent employees

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever used. Understaffed and managed horribly. I recently had to go back 3 times for the same medication with 40-45 minutes in line each time. The 3rd time I went they said it still wasn't ready and not sure if they could fill it that day. I ordered this med 10 days ago.

They call you when your prescription is ready. Then you wait in line that moves very slowly only to tell you not all of your meds are ready. Such a waste of time. This pharmacy is not managed very well.

This walgreens pharmacy is the worst. For customer service and wait times. People are waiting 45 minutes to a hour.
They need to call the manager sooner for help. They need to tell the customers this is a drive thur. Not to park and hold up everyone else.

Waited more than 10 minutes at the drive-thru window. One of them saw me hitting the call for the service button and continued to ignore me. Bad service.

The cashier tonight was very nice and helpful as far as helping me save $2 and even helping me to remember my zip code in order to redeem my savings. She was just very pleasant

Worst customer service I have ever had. They said that they won't call the doctor's office. They won't look up the numbers from the faxed prescription the doctor's office gave me for confirmation on them going through. Couldn't believe we have been going to that Walgreens for years and they are so bad when it comes to customer service.

Worst place to get your prescriptions filled. Always under staffed and over an hour wait multiple times. Highly recommend going somewhere else..

Waited in line for the typical hour+ just to get my insurance rejected.
This has happened on occasion in the past because they have my daughter's birthday incorrect. Sometimes they fix it, other times like today they reject my coverage. They also rejected my insurance card which worked a month ago for my prescription. Same place failed to renew a prescription so I have to go to another Wallgreens for it since these guys cant get it right after almost a year of fighting their system and terrible customer service. I have had enough, I'm transferring all of my prescriptions to Wallmart.

Appointment to get Covid test. Waited 45 minutes for a 5 seconds test. What’s the point of an appointment? Staff and pharmacist slow. Customers in drive thru and walk up for prescription pick up served first when we had appointment. Go somewhere else. I’m sure the staff wouldn’t care if you did.
