Worse service ever, new prices everytime. Refilling a prescription is like pulling teeth. They never get it right. I cannot stand this place. Employees argue on the phone with you instead of serving you.i will never do business here ever again. I really miss the service Rite Aid provided when I had my prescriptions filled there. Too bad they closed. Don’t you ever transfer your stuff there.

The pharmacy is SO slow. I'm not sure how it takes 10+ minutes per car to get a prescription. And you place your order over the phone and the prescription is never ready! What's the point of calling. Going to switch to Rite Aid.

Rite Aid customers that have been moved over to Walgreens on 152nd and Pacific. Run take your prescription somewhere else this is the mosthorribly ran unorganized misconception of a pharmacy I have ever seen. These people are so rude impatient

Pharmacy doesn’t always answer the phone. Sometimes they leave you on hold until it times out and hangs up on you. Also, the aggressive anti-homeless music outside is absolutely ridiculous! There are other solutions. I won’t support a business that is hostile in this way. This Walgreens sucks.

I wish I could give a negative rating, however, that is not an option here.I have never been a customer at this location. Other locations, yes, but not this particular one and after seeing the way management in the store handle things and reading views, I will never be a customer here.Last Tuesday, the manager (Named Lamonika) had called me and asked if I was still interested in the Pharmacy Technician Apprenticeship position, to which I replied, yes. As a result, an interview was scheduled for the 8th. I was excited because I felt like I was a step closer to accomplishing my dream. I even went as far as calling to make sure I had the right address. Fast forward to Monday the 8th, which was a special day for me and my wife and I was hoping to land this job as I love helping people and I feel at home in the Pharmacy. I arrived there on time and spoke with Lamonika, who despite her attempt at portraying an easygoing vibe, her true energy is a thinly veiled secret.Initially, I was led to believe this interview was going to be a good one. That was, until, she found out I came to the interview via a bus ride and that was when her energy shifted, though she tried her best to not show that. Moments after, she said to me, “Make sure your license is renewed, even if you don’t get hired here.” When I told her my license was active until the 21st of this month (My birthday) and I could get it renewed before that day, I guess she didn’t hear that part. Lamonika then told me, if she didn’t come to a decision that day, it would be on the 9th. I left the interview feeling down and dreading the worst. It is now Tuesday and I called her at 2:30 PM and she told me how she was choosing someone else based on experience, when I have experience and my resume proved that.My reason for writing this is for anyone considering to work here, let alone apply here or even shop here. Look at the reviews on here and everywhere else, such as Yelp and think twice. Run far and away because whether you are a customer or a worker, Lamonika will disappoint you and break your heart without a second thought.

1/10/24 I came in around 6pm ish to pick up a few essentials in parkland WA. I came in with a Safeway store provider bag. Mind you I’m an African American woman.One of the sales associates approached me in a disrespectful way . (Definitely profiling) she looked new I haven’t seen her before.First off she asked me “if I needed any help”I said “no thank you”. As I’m shopping placing items in my bag. She then starts yelling at me to go to the front of the store rushing me to check out . Following me around the store (me assuming she thinks I don’t have the money to purchase my items /stealing).She also Stated, “it’s against WA state law to shop with a different store provider bag”!! WEIRD… We pay for bags in WA state. Sonow I’m under the impression that I can’t bring my own bag to shop with.This has never happened to me before. Definitely discrimination, It’s 2024 Walgreens do better!!!

That old hag with the skullet needs to shave that off immediately. She also needs to be better at her job. She played mind games with my husband when he was there for an interview. Walgreens, is this the best you can do??? Disappointing.

The pharmacy's structure and system is very flawed. To pick up my dogs prescription we came twice in person to pick it up giving our information to them twice and still it wasn't filled after two text message from this Walgreens pharmacy informing me that the script is filled. The pharmacist/manger said she would fill it in 10 mins. It was ready but now 50% in cost. I will not be returning to this Walgreens pharmacy and discourage people to come here.

It's effed up when u need something from a store that says their open till 12 and they they close 1150 not very many place u can get the medicine u need for sick kids. what's the point of putting up ur store hours if ur gonna close whenever u want! what happened to taking care of ur customers?!?!?

This is for the pharmacy NOT the actual store. This pharmacy is extremely busy and doesn’t ever seem to have the support and staff, they desperately need. So, the wait times are extremely long. Longer than any pharmacy I’ve ever used.

Writing this review as Im currently sitting here at the pharmacy. Scheduled an appointment for covid/flu test for 2:15 pm. Pharmacy tech informed me the doctor didn’t approve the appointment yet and will be right with us. I sat and watched who I assume was the pharmacist staring at a computer screen approving meds for an hour while we sat there. When we finally walked up to let them know we’re leaving they surprisingly was ready to do our tests…I bet you are since you’re charging us for it. What really chapped my hide about it was the guy who finally did the test was standing there in the back as well with the rest of them.

I am here now...when I shop I like to browse.. I carry my own bag because, you know..the new law the governor passed about banning bags ...I don't frequent this store like every week but I come here a lot ...today the cashier that helped me asked to see in my bag, said it was empty when I came in , before that the cashier across from him commented to the customer in front of me "yeah we are gonna be checking bags" which the one that helped me did after accusing me of coming in with an empty one. Look I get that shoplifting is a problem right now, but just because I have a bag and I browse doesn't make me a shoplifter. Of course I let DAN, look in my bag which had nothing stolen from anywhere in it ...and apologize profusely....too late DAN...where is your security team, I must have heard them call 3-4 times for security to walk the floor when I was in there ...I spent lot of money all Walgreens ..usually buying stuff I don't really need so I can earn Walgreens cash or register rewards so I can come back and do it all over again ..I must have 9 old spice deodorant at home and at least 7 razor starter kits of various brands including cremo, Gillette, and Schick ..hell I even have a 12 pack of refills for Gillette that I haven't even opened yet ..and what did I buy today? A refill blades for my dollar shave club kit that I haven't even opened yet that I bought here ..just because they have a coupon and to earn some register rewards ....maybe I should start shopping at CVS, I DONT EVEN FEEL WELCOME IN WALGREENS ANYMORE.UPDATE 11/09/2023THESE PEOPLE ARE GOING TO GET THEIR STORE SHUTDOWN!! They profile and talk trash right in front of you, distrustful and ignorant of technology and policies they should be aware of.Another HORRIBLE experience at this Walgreens , and it all started in the parking lot.I had just got off the city bus, a friend who lives in Spanaway was supposed to pick me up I thought I would browse their flyer on my phone while I wait. I was standing not far from the entrance browsing, it had been bout 5-10 mins when a woman comes out and tells me I can’t be hanging out in their parking lot. I’m standing in the open, not hiding or even next to any cars, showered with clean clothes on … I explain what I was doing and she says okay..and the harassment and judgement didn’t stop there . When attempting to pay I had a problem with my debit card , I had money in the account but the card wasn’t working and the woman is making rude and inaccurate assumptions under her breath in regards to my financial situation. Finally I advise the clerk I’m going outside to call the bank. I see her outside and advise I’m trying to locate the mywalgreens wallet in the app she doesn’t have a clue but does lmk that McDonalds down the street has free Wi-Fi I didn’t ask about Wi-Fi, I have unlimited data, I need help with the Walgreens app but she no clue about that, she’s too busy profiling me and trying to get rid of me. I finally find the Walgreens wallet on their newly redesigned app , get my virtual Visa card added and go back inside to finish payment as I said I was going to. The merchandise was still at the register but a different woman is now there. I brief her of what happened and that I’m here to pay.. everything is going fairly well until it comes time to pay. She has never heard of or know anything about the Walgreens wallet feature and is very apprehensive and suspicious about scanning the QR code on my phone and calls a lead up who also is clueless about it. When I mention that I’m really surprised they don’t know anything about their own product the lead says ‘well, this is Spanaway’ that’s no excuse for ignorance and rude behavior. Finally they reach out to someone in ,’the back’ who tells them they need to go ahead and scan the code. At this point I’m already done , I no longer have interest in any of the items I had spontaneous attempted to purchase. I tell the clerk to just void it out and give me my $5 Register Reward coupon back, and she tries to tell me if will automatically

Was able to schedule a covid/flu rapid test online for next day. When I arrived I waited for ten minutes with no one in front of me and then when I got to the window was told it would be a while because there was someone in front of me? About 3 minutes more of waiting and I was called to the next window to be told that neither tech was trained on how to give me a rapid test and recommended to go to another location. Huge waste of time. Shouldn't allow rapid test scheduling if you're not trained to do so.
