The pharmacy is terrible the pharmacist and the lady's in the pharmacy have to have cheated their way through school cause they give wrong medications constantly 3 days in a row they gave me someone else's medication and will egg you on till next week then tell you they transferred the medication elsewhere I would not be surprised if the employees were taking the drugs themselves because their brain chemistry is off and Walgreens need an entire new pharmacy staff at this location.

I went out of my way to get my covid booster at this Walgreen's last night because they were listed on the "Bridge access Program" which offers free shots to people without insurance. I had my appointment scheduled ahead of time and was running a bit late but that didn't matter. When I got to the pharmacy counter and they found out I didn't have insurance, one of the pharmacists said "Tell her that'll be $180!" I said "It's supposed to be free." Then I waited for about 10-15 minutes while they "helped" other customers (by shouting out the name of one of their prescriptions, and telling another lady her prescription would cost $300 when it was supposed to cost far less, then telling her it'd take about an hour to resolve the issue!) When the pharmacist finally got back to me, he told me they couldn't give me the vaccine because my records said I already got it 56 days ago. I told them no, that was a FLU shot (I don't know what records they had). He asked me to give proof of the last shot I got but I didn't have that on me and by that time I was feeling pretty uncomfortable about getting a shot at that pharmacy anyway. So I told them I'd get the shot elsewhere and left. I do not recommend this pharmacy for prescriptions or vaccines!

I was out of town and my kids got sick. This Walgreens was a lifesaver. They had all the cold medicine to make my kids feel better. It was very clean inside. They have holiday or seasonal items in the middle of the store.Employee was very friendly and helpful at the checkout.Plenty of parking.

This store is seriously under staffed. Service is slow and the phone wait times are horrible and while in the store no one is on the phone

Not a fan of the pharmacy, have had some less than pleasant experiences with them... That being said, Danielle works in the retail portion and is absolutely amazing! Always is smiling and willing to help. They're lucky to have her!

Moving all seven of my prescriptions to Bartel's... Customer service is non existent at Walgreens. You shouldn't have to beg for your prescriptions to filled.

The gal working Saturdays in the pharmacy is a piece of work (name begins with "J"). On Saturday last she stopped helping people in line to take phone calls, then was noisily argumentative with the callers. After her unpleasant experiences on the phone, she would then return to the in-person customer, unnecessarily recounting the recent phone call while ignoring the needs of everyone around her. She wasn't shy about blaming her shortcomings on pandemic situation - if it was 2019, she would still be an awful employee. Also, whatever time you are given for a vaccine appointment, you won't receive the shot for at least 45 minutes, if your experience is like mine. And the pharmacist herself is a crab. Avoid this pharmacy.

Hopefully I don't have to hit even one star because this was the worst experience I have had in my lifetime! My wife had shoulder surgery and we got home about 5:00, after helping her get comfortable I went to this pharmacy less than a quarter mile from our house. Gave them the two prescription papers I had and the guy said it will be ready in around an hour. That would have been around 6:30ish so I thought that should be fine she needs her next pain pills about 8 or 9. I asked if they would call and he said is your number xxxxxxxx? I said yes and he said they would. I had zero idea they closed that night at 7 and he of course did not mention it either. About 45 minutes in I started looking closely at my phone and when I still had not been called by 7:30 I decided I need this for my wife so I am going to go sit down there. I got there to find out they closed at 7! I ran into the guy who took my order in the parking lot and said I had no idea you closed at 7 and you guys never called. I said my wife is going to be in an insane amount of pain tonight what can you do. He said I could go to the other Walgreens 5 Miles away and they would fulfill it. I went there immediately and they said they can't fulfill it because it is oxycodone!!! So now the guy sending me there lied or somehow he didn't know the rules? Seriously?! Worst service ever! No sleep for my wife and I. Still planning on talking to someone in person as this was awful! If you need a pharmacy don't use Walgreens!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would... Absolutely disgusting treatment by the pharmacy! My 2-year old has bronchitis and was prescribed an inhaler for her treatment, naturally we needed a spacer for it. When the "pharmacy," at Walgreens provided the inhaler, they included an ADULT spacer without a mask (for those who don't know, a 2 year old cannot use an adult spacer to effectively receive the medication) and upon realizing this we went back to the Walgreens to fix the issue, should be simple, right? Wrong. "I'm sorry but the Dr didn't specify on the prescription that a spacer with mask was needed," - our Dr. was utterly surprised when we told her this and said, "Any pharmacy should know the proper spacer to provide when it's for a toddler,". When we asked the pharmacy if we can return the current unused spacer, and get a refund/exchange when we get the prescription updated they said, "we don't do refunds on those items, and once you get your prescription correct you can buy another spacer," (they charged us $50 for the incorrect spacer! Our Dr. said that such a price for that spacer, and to charge twice when it was their mistake was, "ridiculous," - this was echoed by the Rite Aid pharmacy down the road that said they would have just swapped it out, but they would have never made that mistake to begin with). To make matters worse, when I questioned the pharmacy tech, as she answered me she left her speakerphone on and proceeded to laugh at us with her pharmacist while we sat and listened. She also told us, "you can contact customer service if you have a problem," - absolutely arrogant and rude (her tone was atrocious). Management didn't do much to help either, when we told them this story, they said they were sorry for the rudeness but cannot refund and that it would take 3-5 business days to handle our, "claim," - which is ridiculous considering that our daughter needs the medication NOW. When we informed him of this, he asked if I have a rewards account and offered me 40 points, "for your trouble," Of all the condescending, asinine managerial responses I've heard in my life - that was almost laughable. We ended up talking to her Dr - see above quotes - and finally were given one. Walgreens, is you can read this: shame on you, your pharmacist, your crass pharmacist tech, and your management. Oh and take each of those, "40 points for [my] trouble," and shove them one by one where the sun doesn't shine. We'll be pursuing options to file formal complaints through our Dr. TL;DR: pharmacy is incompetent and rude, management is useless - do NOT bring your business here!

I was trying to fill a prescription for my grandson and they said he didn't have coverage. I left the prescription and went home to call and straighten it out. My insurance company said that nothing was ever submitted. I verified coverage and member number and called Walgreens back. They said they submitted again and got the same message. They refused to call the insurance and see if they could work it out. I have the insurance company saying one thing and the pharmacy saying another and they refuse to take care of the customer and try to help figure it out. I called the insurance again and was told they still never submitted a claim. I don't know why they can't communicate and try to help figure this out for one of their customers. Worst customer service!!!!!
