This is the worst walgreens pharmacy. Constantly out of my typical birth control. Indian guy who works here is always so rude and doesn’t fill prescriptions when he says he will so I always end up showing up after he confirms it will be ready at a particular time only to wait another couple hours because he forgets. I show up and they somehow managed to fill it at a different location and the girl with glasses working there says she’ll call that location to confirm for the inconvenience and I said I would be so thankful then all of a sudden goes “I can give you their number” like what? Please work on your customer service here. You guys chose where you work, we’re just the customers.

Friendly staff, wait time at pharmacy due to consolidation of stores. Excellent for OTC purchases and convenience items.

The pharmacy is horrible. They keep saying that I have meds refilled and when I go get them they tell me they're out of stock and end up giving me a run around. They have a habit of doing that.

prescription sent to this location they told me it wasn’t. Then i drove to auburn for them to tell me it was in tacoma only to have to drive back. Lazy Indian pharmacist and grossly understaffed location.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This Walgreens was my designated pharmacy for two years and every single time they were late with my prescription or didn’t have it at all. Pick up wait times are 40 min on drive thru and even more inside the store. Their phones are never available; you can hang on the line for 45 minutes and they will drop the call for you. I had an emergency eye med prescribed to me and I waited a good amount of time hoping that it would be ready, called the store and was on the line for an hour before getting dropped. Finally went into the store for the lady to tell me THEY DIDNT HAVE IT IN THE SYSTEM, then the doctor comes out, presses a few buttons and voila!! It’s right there. This is beyond unprofessional and incompetent. Now I have to wait for them to fulfill my order until the next day while in terrible pain unable to see.

The pharmacy used to be great - filled my prescriptions quickly. Now, they take forever even for urgently needed medications. It took them over a week to fill my prescription for insulin. They’re always “running behind” and yesterday, I got a prescription for an antibiotic at 6pm. It still wasn’t done when they closed and this is a medication I need for a tooth infection.

Get your prescriptions elsewhere. The pharmacy was short-staffed before they closed the store on 56th & Pacific, and even more so now. On multiple occasions I’ve waited over 45 minutes in the drive-thru line with only 3-4 cars in front of me. When you finally get to the window it’s clear why: the store seems to think they need only 1 pharmacist working to help both inside customers and the drive-thru.

Had to use the restroom, was told it was closed when my white friend was let in 10 minutes before. No they weren’t cleaning it or had a sign, just didn’t want to let me in. Weird they’re racist in Tacoma, the majority of your clientele isn’t white…

Avoid at all cost! The absolute worst pharmacy I have everr been to. On hold on telephone 37 minutes. Drove to store. Was told it would be 4 hrs was the quickest to get medicine. Came ba ck at the time told, stood in line over an hour, so well over an hour that was quoted got to counter & the single prescription after 5 hrs was still not ready. Staff is inadequate.
