Very rude customer service, picked up a paid for item from the photo center, one employee was one there phone ignoring me, a lady came to help gave me my item and then when walking out the the store another lady made for of me to costumers about not being good at stealing, even though my item was paid for and given to me by an employee. Very negative experience.

Jacqueline r, kristi e and Angela o, are absolutely incredible. Had my medication in stock which is very rare with these meds! Did not have to wait more than 2 minutes and they are so friendly and helpful especially with me being deaf with a cochlear implant.
So excited to make this my new pharmacy.

To the cashier who openly flirted with my boyfriend, knowing he was with me.... who honestly do you think you are? Had to know his name but You didn't ask me my name. But sure questioned me when I said I owned my own home. Asking if he helps pay the mortgage, what type of relationship we have. What types of things he does that are beneficial to me. Telling me how you think he's a good man you can just tell etc. Etc. Back off. You really spent 10 minutes chatting with him while I shopped. Acted like it was a sin he was with a white girl. He is a nice guy to everyone. Doesn't mean he wants to move in with you and pay your bills. There's more to this than I willing to put on blast. He wasn't flirting back he was just waiting for me being polite. Made him uncomfortable too

Poor customer service. Had to wait for someone to unlock the closet so I could get a 4$ sanitizer!! Why lock in something valued at 4$ but stuff valued over 20$ are left unlocked? You might as well lock everything in the closet.

I wonder why you guys keep getting 1 star reviews when you have such rude pharmacy techs. She wanted to argue about a medication instead of helping the customer. Then wanted to talk disrespectful in ear shot. Stay classy

Jaquelin on the counter, she doesn't know what she is doing, I asked for my medicine and she didn't found on the sistem, I have to call my clinic and then like a magic she said, oh is here even she doesn't type the keyboard, she found my prescription but they don't haven't on stock, and trying to send me to Pullayup 45 min drive and is not sure if the have it

I made my Flu shot appointment at 5pm. Why am I waiting 30min? If I make the appointment at a certain time I expect to be seen at a reasonable time, I could have gone grocery if I known it would take that long. Why ask for appointments if the expectation can't be met?

I watched people just walking out with items! The shelves were bare…. The cashier said he can’t do anything about it or he would lose his job! Isn’t it much cheaper to hire security then have your products stolen every day? This is nuts!

After fighting through phone menu and repeatedly asking just to talk to pharmacy department the automated system ignores all requests and forces you to listen to hours, location, etc regardless of if you actively avoid those options before it finally transfers you to just regular customer service after the 5th time confirming you want pharmacy so the agent manually has to transfer you anyways. Then pharmacy will give no help or info over the phone and insists you come down so they can inform you they do not currently stock the prescription you need face to face so they can make you go elsewhere anyways.

Be sure to shop here if you enjoy the thrill of possibly being mugged in the parking lot. This walgreens never calls the cops for anything: homeless crack heads living in the parking lot/against the side of the building, crack heads stealing and threatening people, shelves being empty due to the thievery, and trash EVERYWHERE. I can't wait for it to permanently shut down so the thieving methheads leave the neighborhood. It's a hub of crime and drugs.

Shoplifting is so bad at this store that staff and customers are frequently accosted and sometimes threatened by thieves. Shelves are bare most of the time. While the staff are super friendly, they are unable to do anything about the theft due to company policy.

This Walgreens is quite clean, and the layout is functional. Employees seemed efficient and friendly. There was only one cashier working at the time I shopped there, but they do have two self checkouts. Unfortunately both of the self checkouts were down and required another employee to come up from the back to reset them. Still, one of the nicer Walgreens that I've been to. Items seemed decently stocked.
