I will have to take my business somewhere else, I tried to purchase some products and they refused even after I already have a card on file, they said I do not have an account, am pretty sure I requested to open an account about 3 times already, and seems like they didn’t do it.
I always have a great experience on Aurbun but never in Tacoma.
Some people from Tacoma aren’t friendly at all, they don’t know how to say good morning or how can I help you, or show a friendly and welcoming smile. Leslie you need to smile to your costumers and be kind.

Just a little feedback — the receptionist should always greet customers as soon as they walk in. It took about 4–5 minutes before she even acknowledged us 🤦🏼♀️. Once she did, she was helpful, but that initial moment matters. A quick greeting doesn't take much effort and really goes a long way — people always remember how they felt walking into a place for the first time.

My go to place, for materials now! Just recently started coming here after years going to another supply place, but the workers are cool, and friendly and helpful. And one of the biggest things i like besides good pricing, is that you don't have to wait 20 minutes for them to bring you your materials, like so many of the other places,. Make sure you check them out, if you haven't already, or price them before you go to your usually supply place and you might be surprised with the good pricing

Rude delivery driver. Yelling and screaming about vehicles in the driveway. No need to ask or be courteous. Just twll residents to move now! Very unprofessional.

Strongest recommendation to use these local folks. I interacted on the phone and in store with 3 employees and the site manager. They are all very personable, professional, actively listen, and take the time to thoroughly answer questions/provide recommendations with no upselling! Top notch customer oriented people. Came in to purchase supplies for my roof. The man behind the counter was polite, patient and knowledgeable. Overall took about 30m from when we walked in and walked out. They had the shingles in stock and was able to deliver in 2 days.Fun fact: I thought it wasn't delivered or someone stole the matierials. Thankfully neither of those things happened. They delivered on time and even put materials on my roof! I wasn't told that, just to make sure I had room in my driveway for them to deliver it. Thanks for having me figure that out!
