The store is open and clean, but they need more service reps, and their prices were a bit steep for me. My daughter broke her screen on her iPhone 8 and I was quoted $120; however, I called around and the average price for screen repair for the same phone was 90 and below. Needless to say we went elsewhere.

A++++! Everyone there was so helpful and nice! I had some problems with the appointment I made online to have my phone battery switched out for a new one. I called them and they helped me out. Then I was running a little late, so I called to let them know and they were so cool about it! No attitude, no deep sigh or rescheduling. The perfect experience! I recommend going here anytime you need any kind of batteries or bulbs. Other businesses should take a lesson from these folks in regard to customer service and quality of work! Thanks guys! This place. The people who are their. Are soveryaknowledgable. About all older outdated cell. Phones God bless them...I couldn't. Get a signal. Or even my display to work after my friends little three..year old...played with it.and I had it plugged. Almost. Half the night. Trying. To recharge. It...the staff. Ladysmith recognized. It and she revived. It. ...to this day I'm telling all my friends. Don't throw. Your old cellphoneout...go to these people. They know. Their older cell phones..

My phone has been broken for almost 2 years I searched everywhere Bestbuy ect. But we fix it was Able to do it in 15 minutes and Best Buy said I would take up to 2 hours
