The table where you fill out a deposit slips etc was completely filthy. I wouldn't set my purse on it. It looked like it had not been washed for a very long time. When I told the teller, she said she'd leave a note for housekeeping who comes in after they close. I said, or you can walk over and wipe it down. She gave me a dirty look like yeah, right, that's not going to happen. There was only her and one lady behind her and a security guard. I'm going to start going to another location even though this bank is close to my house. Customer service was lacking yesterday, and that table showed me the cleanliness of the bank. I'm going up there again today, and if that table looks the same, I'm taking a picture of it. It's totally uncalled for.

26th & Pearl Branch in Tacoma needs a little clean up, was throw up next to the ATM too!Come on WF you’re better than this!

It would be NO stars but it wont allow me!!The N Pearl St -Tacoma location has gone way down hill since COVID! I will start going to a different location. First they were the only bank to close for so long during covid! Secondly, their new hires are so slow that it makes it so hard to go there. A simple deposit can take 10 minutes. They have been there a few months now so they should know their job! Also ya never know when the drive through will be open! One day it is then the next day its closed! Bad business and bad customer service!It use to have great people!Help them please!!

Closing at 12:00 on Saturday deters banking by customers who are working weekday. Highest inconvenience. Be open until 2:00 at least.

The bankers fill lie to your face. Was told my temporary issued debit card would work everywhere for my vacation but in reality it is not excepted at the hotel to reserve our room because it does not have my name on it. When I ask for the bankers name so I can file a complaint. Cindy the branch manager would not give it to me and said she would file complaint for me. At this point I do not trust wellsfargo with my money and you shouldn't either. If the employees will lie to there customers can you really trust them with your money?
