Everyone is nice and all but I had to go inside the store to get money withdrawn as there is no way to access the ATM if you are not in a car. They have no ATM for a pedestrian.

Great ATM machine. It will have 50 dollar bills. Awesome. I would like to recommend anyone to this bank. Oh wait, I already have them!

I'm not sure what happened, but every time I've come in for the past few months there is a line to the door and no more than 2 employees working at any given time of day. The staff is consistently kind, professional, and patient, but I am concerned for their well being now, as I know they are absorbing the customers frustration with these ridiculous wait times. I would appreciate more staff and I bet your employees would too. You're a big busy corporation with a lot of money. There is no excuse for this. It's unacceptable and you know better.

Waited for over an hour to see a banker. When the banker (Martin) became available he made eye contact with me and then walked out of the building for his break. Horrible customer service, but should you ever expect more from Wells Fargo? Today we left the bank, and we immediately went to a credit union to open up another bank account. I can happily say that by Monday, all of my funds will be removed from this travesty of a business. Wells Fargo has continously screwed me and my business on many accounts. Do yourself a favor and bank anywhere else but here.
