This location is in a regular western Union. You have to dial a phone number and answer all the questions over the phone and then receive a transaction number to give the cashier at rite aid. After all that they only take cash.

Shit hole. Don't even try their drive thru pharmacy it's never open. I have a disability that makes it hard to stand and walk so I just gave up on picking up my meds since their drive thru is never available. Never using rite aid again.

Nothing is ever stocked, I can only blame this on the owners of Rite Aid, there is never anyone working that could put shit on the shelves, this is just a shell company that is getting moved around. Thanks for being garbage.

THIS LOCATION DESERVES NEGATIVE STARS!!! I've been a Rite Aid employee for 8+ years, and I've NEVER disliked a location as much as THIS ONE. The employees are daft, rude, and unfamiliar with protocol/policy. They do NOT communicate information among each other to complete orders and I've had up to 10 HIPAA violations in 1 visit which is UNACCEPTABLE. Today's issue? Dropped off a Rx on Monday for post operative medications, was told to pick up Tuesday... it's Friday and STILL NOT DONE. The thought of other customers going through this kind of ordeal is DISGUSTING and inhumane. This is NOT the quality patient care this company "strives for". If I or my staff at my home store did this? Bet your arse we'd be SEVERELY REPRIMANDED let alone fired. Reporting store to corporate by end of day. Already sent a complaint to BBB and Board of Pharmacy. Best of luck!

the past year, the customer service at this pharmacy has gone downhill. I will be looking for another pharmacy. One example, I drop off a prescription in the late afternooon, that night i receive a call telling me my order will be ready by 10:30 the next morning. I send my husband to pick up the prescription, he is told it wont be ready until after 12:30. Another example, my doctor faxes over a prescription. I head up to the pharmacy, wait in a very, very long line that just doesn't seem to move, and when I get to the window, I am told that my prescription won't be available until after 4 PM the next day, as they are short staffed. This used to be such a wonderful place, what has happened? It is terrible now.

this used to be a helpful and good pharmacy. But lately they are slow, I they turn off the phones so you can't reach them and very often are out of stock. I am swiitching to another.

I really like that this Rite Aid gives a discount to those picking up Amazon packages. I've only been to this specific location three times, but each time was a good experience. The first two times I had the same cashier, I believe her name was Donna or Dawna (not sure how she spells it) and she was wonderful! She was incredibly personable and kind and even remembered my name which is something I really appreciated. If it wasn't for her I would still be going to Walgreens. She deserves a big raise!!!

I transferred my prescriptions from Fred Meyer as Fred had no drive up window. I'm so glad I did. They are efficient, smart and safe. I am never in line more than a couple minutes.

I wish it was possible to give zero stars!!!! Up until this week the pharmacy has been really good about timely prescription refills but, today, the streak ends!! It has taken 5 1/2 days for them to pull their heads out of their a** and through their incredible incompetence and apparent d*** luck, correctly request and fulfill a simple medication!!They have somehow managed to refill my request not once but, twice with the wrong medication!!Thanks to this error I now have 5.5 bottle of a medication I didn't need refilled at this time....I have enough pills to last me 900 days now!! Maybe it is a 1 time error but, this one astounds me as to how screwed up they made it!!!! Incredible!!!

I love this pharmacy drive thru! Every time I go, there is no line I never wait more than 5 min. The employees at the window are always courteous and friendly and the Pharmacist James, is the absolute best. Very approachable and accommodating. My original go to pharmacy at Walmart was unable to fill my Rx as they ran out of the product for 3 months now and I'm left to drive across 3 to 4 cities to go to Rite Aid in Tacoma to get my Rx. I'm so thankful that this pharmacy had the Rx because all over no one else does. I had to pass 4 other cities including my own to get to this place that has been filling my Rx timely and sending me text to ensure I keep up with it when it's available. I LOVE THIS! They ARE TRULY SAVING MY DAUGHTERS LIFE by filling these RX. Thank you so much to all the employees who helped me and especially James the pharmacist whom has been very understanding of the urgency of my needs.

Everything about this store and their pharmacy is terrible. It's outdated, questionably dirty and the people who work here are unprofessional, rude and clueless. Their photo center is straight out of 1982, don't waste your time trying to print photos here, and their pharmacist is so painfully dense. I actually left questioning how she even made it through pharmacy school. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Literally-anywhere else.

Go anywhere else if you are sick and need a same day rx. PCP across the street called in 4 rx. It takes them longer to fill than most Pharos so I got a peddie because I felt so lousy. Went to pick up - not ready, 20 more min. Fine. My name was called and the tech rang up 3 rx. I asked her for th 4th. She tells me they don't have it in stock, "should" be in tomorrow. I feel so crappy - I don't want it tomorrow! Could she have texted this to me so I can make other arrangements? Could she have told me when I paid rather than me asking? Had I sent my husband he just would have picked up whatever they rang up not knowing there was a 4th. Then the tech tells me to check the Rite Aid by TCC - "maybe they have it"? WTF? I feel awful, did she not take customer service training? Rite Aid is inconveniencing me. I asked her to call and have them hold. She hesitates as if I asked her to walk there for me to fetch it for me. This whole time no smiles, apology, offering to help. Other pharm does have it. Then she rings me up. I have to then ask for the address because she doesn't offer it. So she leaves again to find the address. Never asked me if I wanted rx counseling from pharmacist. Such awful customer service. Just the worst.

I only wish i could give this rite aide a ZERO. Called in a prescription and confirmed they had my medication. When I went to pick up they had given it to someone else. As it turned out they only stock one of this medication and as it took an hour for my doc to send in a refill order they gave it to someone else. Apparently I was suppose to know they only stock one as they did not tell me this fact ahead of time nor did they tell me they gave it to someone else so I could get it filled else where . I have a chronic pulmonary condition and require this med continuously. So if you require a medication do not use this pharmacy as they may or may not fill your medication without notice. Hopefully this is one rite aide Walgreens will be acquiring and it will be a pharmacy that one can actually get a prescription filled that you called in and we're assured they had !!!!!
