Decent sized store, and very clean. Helpful staff and quick service when shoe/boot shopping! I will say I wish there was a better selection for women's boots (or smaller men's sizes) and there's a lot to be desired for plus size women's work pants and bibs. Overall, I'd visit again.

12/12/23 around 7PMAfter trying both Sportsman’s Warehouse and Bass Pro with no luck, I stopped by to see if they had any Xtratuf boots in stock. Thankfully they did! The woman who helped me was SO attentive and friendly, she truly went above and beyond and really made my day.

If I could give 10 stars I would!I brought some boots back in for a return since they were a little too small. I had worn them outside, so they could have told me to “take a walk”, and not exchange them, but instead they totally took care of me and now I have boots that fit!Specific shout out to Algie in shoes and Forrest the assistant manager for saving the day.This is the only place I will ever shop for boots and work clothes, you guys are awesome!!

My husband bought a pair of work boots in there recently. He was told he had 60 days to return them if he wasn't satisfied. About a week later we came back in because the boots were very uncomfortable. He wanted to know if he could exchange or get a store credit or something. Since they were over $300 and they killed his feet! They stated that they did not have a "comfort guarantee" and refused to do absolutely anything for him! Why state you have a 60 day return policy if you're unsatisfied when you are not willing to help an unsatisfied customer? Absolutely ? disappointed. Will NEVER do business with Whistle again. He works construction and he is letting all his coworkers and subcontractors know how terrible his experience was and referring them elsewhere.

Walked in to an empty store at 11 am with two female employees in a conversion at the register. Never looked at me, greeted me, asked me for help, or said goodbye when I left after 5 mins of not finding the Carhatt clothes I wanted.
