I walked in today anxiously trying to find clothes for a date. A sweet worker helped pick out several different outfits to give me variety, listened to what I felt complimented my body and not once made me feel pressured to buy anything.
I left the store leaving with a jacket and boots that made me feel beautiful the entire night.
I wish I got her name, but if you’re reading this; thank you. You made me feel like I was with a good friend the entire time. Highly recommend!! Will be coming back soon for my next occasion. 🫶🏻

Went in not ever doing me and Alison came to the rescue and she was so amazing. Helping me and my daughter find amazing offits. Very friendly and sweet and did her thing.

Brandon and Michelle Exceptional Customer Service – Brandon, Store Manager at Windsor
I would like to take a moment to recognize Brandon, the manager at the Windsor location, for providing outstanding customer service during my recent visit with my daughter as we shopped for her homecoming dress.
Brandon went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience. He was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the store’s merchandise. Throughout our visit, he offered thoughtful feedback and guidance, helping my daughter select age-appropriate dresses by saying, “She’s 14, let’s keep it cute.” His honesty and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.
Brandon also demonstrated exceptional multitasking skills—assisting us while managing other guests seamlessly. He even checked the back stock for additional options when certain sizes were unavailable. His eye contact, communication, and customer service were exemplary.
The store itself was clean, well-organized, and visually appealing, with merchandise clearly arranged by size and style. It was evident that Brandon takes pride in maintaining a welcoming and professional retail environment.
Overall, our experience at this location was excellent. As a secret shopper, I would confidently rate this store 100 points — a perfect 10 out of 10.
For context, we also visited the Tukwila location, where we did not feel as welcomed. The difference in customer engagement and atmosphere was significant. Brandon’s leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction clearly set his store apart.

I had an incredible shopping experience thanks to Chloe at the Tacoma Windsor store! She went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed. When the size I was looking for wasn’t available on the rack, Chloe didn’t hesitate—she actually took the outfit straight off the mannequin.
That level of dedication and customer care is rare these days, and it truly made my visit outstanding. Chloe was friendly, attentive, and determined to help me leave the store happy. Because of her effort, I found the perfect fit.
Windsor is lucky to have such an amazing associate, and I’ll definitely be back thanks to Chloe’s exceptional service!

Drove 40 mins only to find out they closed early instead of their normal hours until 8. Very disappointing when you're on a time crunch.

Long lines not just to check out but to try clothes on! Only 1 cashier took over 45 minutes to check out..,,, go down to Forever 21 no lines almost same clothes???

The dresses are for small girls only. A L is definitely not a L at all! The lines are crazy for the dressing room. The jewelry is right where the line is so you can't even look. It's crazy. Not one person helped us at all.

The lady at Windsor was super sweet! She helped me pick out my outfit for my birthday. I got lots of compliments. Very friendly service and staff. Always 4 stars from me. A++ for quality clothing and customer services. Thank you so much :)

Always love going to Windsor for my homecoming dresses, Last time I went it was packed for last minute homecoming dresses, so one of the sweet lady's let us (me and my two friends) try on our dresses in the same dressing room. Today I went back again with a different friend to try on some clothes in the same dressing room as my friend and then we heard "um two people can't be in the dressing room please get out" I replied with "ok sorry let me get dressed first please" when I walked I said "I'm super sorry last time we were here we were aloud to" the girl working then got in my face demanding me to tell her what girl let us do that I continued to say " I'm sorry but honestly I don't remember this was a couple months ago" she continued to get in my face ask the same question and then told us "well whoever it was is gonna get in huge trouble" this all being said I hope the Latin mixed Asian girl with the brown roots and dyed blonde hair girl that works there is the one that gets talked to for getting in (teenage) customers faces.
